Its weird how certain colors show up differently on people as its been talked about before. I have Blue Storm and I compared it to Deep Truth when I was at the counter and its exactly identical on me! And I am NC30/35.

So now I am thinking if I need Blue Flame or not. Hmmm...decisions, decisions.

Btw, IMO Cool Heat looks different than Big T. Cool Heat looks like s pretty blue with a hint of green in it and Big T is straight up teal. lol

Girls, no matter how duraple these shadows will be or how many I've already got that are similar to these, I will buy all blue-greens. That's it

They won't be exactly the same like older ones

This collection will be one of my favourites of this year!

BTW I don't have Blue Storm nor Deep Truth.

I played with this collection Friday..and I was impressed..I say get them all..with me, I have a collection that goes way back..no matter how you compare colors and go back and forth...you are going to get what makes you happy..I'm a Blue Freak and Purple Freak..I can sit here and compare all day long and when it's all said and done, I'm going to buy the whole collection.
Have fun and enjoy life..because these babies are pretty in person..the texture of the eyeshadows are really creamy and smooth..

The more and more I think about it, I will probably get all of shadows too. The only one I prossibly won't get is Blue Flame. There is just something about these shadows that makes them impossible to resist. I am afraid if I pass on anything, I will regret it. I wear blue/teal/purple 99% of the time, so I know they will get lots of love

I've basically decided that I'm getting all or almost all of the shadows (still not sure about the taupe one), but what I'm really debating on are the slimshines. High 90s, Gentle Simmer (really want to call it Gentle Summer lol), and By Degress all sound and look so appealing to me, but....I just don't know. I really just wear lip balm, so I feel like I would buy these and they would just sit unused in my traincase.

I am debating the Slimshines too. I am really glad that Gentle Simmer is permanent, since that is the one I am most interested in. I don't feel pressured to buy it right now, since I can get it anytime. The other one I like is Tropic Glow, but I don't know how much I will wear it, the more I think about it. I am loving my Tendertones lately, and they have been all I am wearing. I think I am going to grab 1-2 more of those instead of the Slimshines, and get Gentle Simmer later. I'd rather have all of the shadows I want since I have so many lip products as it is. They are VERY tempting though, because I love all of the colors!

I'm debating the slimshines too. I think I may skip them...they look pretty but I'm not dying for them. I feel like you can get the same thing with a different gloss or lipstick...

I'll just buy like 4 shadows and I'll be okay then.

Yup, when I can! But I have school during the day and no car or license (which wouldn't be so bad except that I live in the Town) and no one is really free to take me until like 7 and its like a 20 minute drive. And weekends are just nuts at the counter! It so sucks that its the only one in all of western New York!!

So usually I just buy from Specktra or have a CP by one of the lovely ladies here.

Tropic Glow does look pretty but I have stronger yellow undertones that blue-pinks tend to look really off on me; I have better luck with yellow-pinks. But I think I'll hold off on Gentle Simmer just because I know it will definately still be there two months from now.

I think I'm going to completely spend the last of my birthday money and be a risk taker and get High 90s and By Degrees. I've just been wanting an orange lippie, (but not Morange/Electro intense) for a long time that I think I'll just go for it. And By Degrees reminds me of Full on Lust, and I've been wanting a brown-pink lippie to go with my blues.

*Sigh* Just a few more days now.......lol

So I am a big fan of slimshines. I love the texture and the colors but has anyone else noticed that these suckers seem to run out a lot faster than normal lipsticks? Maybe it is just me but I swear I run through these so fast! I am thinking about skipping the slimshines as well or maybe just get one. Avon has these lipsticks that are really similar to slimshines called glaze wear lipsticks and they have a few colors that look close to some of the cool heat ones. There is one called punch that looks a lot like 90 degrees.

I have never owned any, but I have heard others say that they run out quickly. That is another reason why I will probably pass on all but Gentle Simmer, because if I run through it quickly, I can always get another.

You're not the only one. They are soft and I go through them very quickly. If it weren't for me finding them in the CCO, I sure wouldn't have gotten the 3 I did. I'm looking at 2 from this collection -- High 90s and Swelter. And if Swelter looks too much like Hot N' Saucy, I can scratch it off my list.

It is much more pigmented than Hot N' Saucy. It is a beautiful red, but I am not a red l/s girl. I'd say it is kind of similar (without a direct comparison) to what Hot N' Saucy looks like in the pot, but nothing like it looks when applied.

What color would those of you that have seen the collection think would work for an NC45? I'm interested in Warm Chill, Warming Trend (but if its easily dupeable then I'll skip), Climate Blue (from swatches it looks like I could use Thunder from the Blue Storm collection and pat very pink reflects over it to get the same effect. Am I right?) and Cool Heat. Any help would be great, I'm looking at all the other collections and want to narrow down as much as possible. I live too far from a counter to see it in person so I need imput!! I'm also looking at High 90's lipstick and would like to know more about Swelter. I know its a tall order, but I LOVE makeup and simply can't decide! Thanks loves!!
