you stateside ladies should start using the phrase! let's get 'tits up' worldwide!

I learned that phrase many many -- and I mean many years ago when I took a course in the UK.. it was used to discuss financial models and all you heard around the seminar rooms was -- TITS UP!

gave me a UD Naked Palette -- she is so cute cause she wants to leave it and use it when she comes over to my house so her mom doesn't catch on.. as if -- there is so much mu at my place it would be funny if she didn't come out with winged eyeliner. On a positive note, I am allowed to swatch to my hearts delight

It's interesting that nothing from this collection has sold out yet on the mac.com (US) website! Even the lip glosses.

I'm really enjoying the shadows I purchased thus far (all matte except for GB):

SG
FTB (pan)
SAH
LP
Lime and
Aqua
GB (not really impressed w/this one yet)

I ordered Zingy but I haven't received it yet.

I think I'm really fascinated w/the matte ones because the colors are SO OUT THERE! and you can do so much with them.

I think I will do a look w/SAH or FTB tomorrow.

When I get home I will doodle around with my makeup and decide on a look.

I only have one gloss so far - Ban This! - but haven't done much with it yet.

I think I'm hooked on eyes and cheeks right now!

Most of the interesting glosses from this collection have sold out at all of my local MAC locations, though.

That is why I placed an online order.

Um - no - I'm not even looking at UD right now!!!

I have enough stuff from MAC and I don't need to become hooked on another brand!

I love color!! can't u tell by my username: Fiberluver???

I have so much yarn and other fiber stuff it's a crying shame!!!

Color is my forte which is why I am wearing SG e/s and Show Orchid l/s today!

My co-workers think I'm a little off kilter but that's ok.

At least I look good!!!

Wow, I can't believe Crazy Cool sold out on the Canadian site. It's the only thing I was planning to get from this collection, but I was putting it off until I get one more B2M or win the lottery or something. I didn't think it would sell out. FTW purples! I guess some of my local stores and counters may have it still. Strangely (or not) I want it more now that it's sold out. Do I need it? FYI I'm a purples hoor.

Sorry if this was asked before, but does anyone has both Electric Eal and Zingy??? I swatched both of them at store and I found they to be the same. I want one of them and I wonder which one has better texture to work with??

that said, a lip stain is a great way to get a great colour payoff when using any lg

As is true with any lip stain, it can be tricky to get the color spread evenly, and it *is* drying when worn on its own.
A bit of gloss or balm on top helps with the dryness, though.
And I like to apply the color to my lips, then immediately spread/sheer it out with a water-dampened cosmetic sponge.
I love to wear this stain under red lipstick; it helps prevent that ring-around-the-mouth effect as the lipstick wears off.

Thank you all for your wonderful advises on lipstains!!

Lou, don't worry sweetie, I've just read this!!

I'm still in doubt, thou. Once ago I had a terrible experience with a lipstain... it peeled and bled my lips. My lips are really dry, they peel without lipbalm every 3-4 hours even without lipstick in... but I really want a lipstain!!!

It's funny how "tit's up" means something bad - most people would much rather prefer tits to point upwards than to droop towards the floor...

I find different ppl are going to answer this differently I have read a lot saying Zingy is preferred and or is brighter, temptalia said that is was a bit of a pain to swatch but is gorgeous when it comes together and leans a little more green than EE. EE is a satin so some would say that alone makes it easier to work with. I personally swatched both in store and both seemed to go on fine however on my skin they looked the same except EE was a tad brighter HTH

There's not much talk about Winkle (I did a search and couldn't find much, in any case). Maybe everyone already has it since POP colour - but those who do, how do you like it? Is it extremely in-your-face blue? Would it work on a pale, freckly blue eyed gal such as myself?

it is quite bright, but i'm sure you could pair it with neutrals to tone it down, i love winkle, its one of my fav blues

winkle is awesome! i got it with the pop colours thing and have used it a few times. generally i use it on the lid and then put a darker brown or taupe in the crease to tone it down. or if i am being super bright you can team it with purple or pink shadows
