MAC - Double Dazzle Discussion

I would take back those dazzleglasses with the numerous bubbles and demand new ones. I mean they are expensive enough for the amount you get allready, and with many big bubbles on top of that is just absurd.

I lost my dazzleglass virginity yesterday as my boyfriend bought me rags to ritches! I love the color, it was my favourite one of the bunch. I just wish it wasn't sticky. The stickyness is the reason I try to avoid mac lipglasses, but this one is worth it!
I also have my eyes on stepping out, and fantabulous but I will get those when I finish at least one of the lipglosses I allready have.

Suprisingly my tube didn't have any bubble, and I opened it at the store to make sure it wasn't bubbly.

All of the new ones that I have seen have had massive air bubbles, so probably not much point in exchanging. We cant exchange for that reason in Australia anyway - only for health reasons (allergic reaction or something).

here are my three d/g from this collection...
Extra Amps has been swatched, Utterly Posh had 1 application & 1 swatch, and Goldyrocks had 1 application & 1 swatch.

and here is goldyrocks without the applicator. I am supremely pissed.

My Smile is already 20% gone from two lightly uses. Sarcasm is the only thing that helps with it.

I called them about it, and they said they're doing them by weight and some of them might not be all the way full because of that. So I sent an email that will hopefully get to someone in corporate about what a bad idea that is - people already have a hard time dropping $4 extra on a gloss that's half the size of a lipglass, why make it worse by having ginormous air bubbles in there? My Goldyrocks was 1/7th empty air, by volume! This is not a way to inspire customers to buy more dazzleglasses - it makes customers feel like they're getting screwed! Why? Why would they do this? Why did someone not explain this to them before these went out the door like this?

When I bought my Steppin' Out last week, I asked my MA why the new one have such a big air bubble. I asked her because I read here about the air bubble. She said that they can't possibly fill it completely with the product.

My Baby Sparks from last December actually last very long. I use very little of d/g over l/s and l/g and they last long on my lips because they are so sticky.

The counter at DfS Galleria is really a hidden gem, I discovered by chance while I was crossing the bridge and looking at the windows I saw the big poster from the Hello Kitty collection and I was puzzled because it's not on the list of the MAC's here in Sing.
They have different things from the other counters and the MA are always nice, actually I find the MA's here very nice, except the one time at Takashimaya and I'm skipping the place after a so so experience there!

BTW enjoy your Comet blue!

Actually the reason why DFS Galleria is not in the list of MAC counters in Singapore is because it's under a different management. (That's why many people are not aware of that counter) DFS Galleria together with the MAC counters in the airport are under Nuance-Watson, while the rest of the normal counters are under Estee Lauder. Therefore, you can normally find many LE items from past collections and Trip palettes at DFS Galleria and the counters at the airport if you're travelling. That's where i found my otherworldly paintpot!

Wow !!!! You have al rights to be pissed I am wondering whether it´s a mistake in the production or if Mac actually did this on purpose...
I saw the dazzleglasses yesterday for the first time ever and now I understand you all...they are so much prettier in real life...

I went to my regular counter today, and apparently these are all LE here.

I freaked out and bought Steppin' Out, Rags To Riches, and Bare Necessity. I guess I can only wait and see if these are going to stick around.

The one I got wasn't even close to being like that. They should exchange it because it looks like a defective product. I think MAC is having some serious production issues as some are coming out okay and others completely bubbly...no lipgloss should have that many bubbles...

I did remember seeing trip palettes and Dazzleglass trio at DFS Galleria before, though i'm not sure if they have the lastest trip palettes collection now.

I mix my Comet Blue with other lip glosses - Nice Kitty and Love Nectar are my favorites to mix it with so far!
