I'm a little annoyed at MAC UK. We asked for name day delivery for yesterday. It didn't get there, and probably won't today, and my friend goes out of town on Monday and won't be back to accept the delivery. So I might not get my BU BP

You'll definitely get it. When does your friend return? They'll get a card saying they missed a delivery and to call and re-schedule it or go collect it from the depot. If you're that worried and can afford it, I can order one for you?

They won't be back in the UK for a few months at least, it's a long holiday. That's why we chose delivery for yesterday,so I could get it before the holiday. I'll give delivery another hour or so to see if it shows up, and if not, I'll ask you to order me one. That would be so sweet of you

I've also finally written to MAC to complain about the crap I had with getting my original items. I'll be amazed if I get a response. It wasn't just the fact the items were delayed, but the reasons I was given - "it's too large, smaller orders will ship first" and then the complete bitchiness of one lady I spoke to on the phone on Thurs. It's just not called for and tbh when I spend the kind of money I do on MAC I'm not gonna stand for that kind of treatment at all.

For sure! Just because MAC is a popular brand does not mean that they are 'above the law' when it comes to giving good service ... they act like because so many people are loyal to their brand that they can get away with sub-par service at times ....

For sure! Just because MAC is a popular brand does not mean that they are 'above the law' when it comes to giving good service ... they act like because so many people are loyal to their brand that they can get away with sub-par service at times ....

Well I relayed everything to them, from the order of the items to finally receiving them and every phone call in between with dates and then asked whem what it is they're planning on doing about the situation and that I hope no other loyal MAC customer will have to deal with such service. a lot of the problem is the tone of voice CS use. you can say the exact same thing in a nice way as you can an extremely bitchy way.

Aw thank you! Oddly enough I don't even own the blush - I probably should get it at some point!

Oh I have tons of nightmares. I'm doing some of my research now that I need to and I'll get the rest of it done either today or tomorrow. Next year will be worse if I can get in to study Law!

Oh, I have another great product that I found this year that I really really love. JCrew's lipstick in Chili Flake. Its an orange red, more on the red side but it is so face brightening, makes your teeth look super white & it wears even through eating. Love it. It's like a slightly deeper more pigmented Chanel Enthusiast.
