MAC for McQueen Discussion

So, I heard from my MA back a couple of months ago that the e/s were going to be larger format (like the MES, but they're still regular formula, not mineral). Anyone have any confirmation on this? I'm trying to plan what my pallets are going to look like in a few months, and I am trying to figure out if I need room for these puppies or they'll have to stay in their pots.

those photos look a lot like the visual. the visual was apparently taken backstage at that fashion show.

they are the same products and same colors that were used backstage. the colors were not "watered down". they are bright and vivid!

yep... i was just saying that the visual is an actual photo from the fashion show, and not a visual that mac made after the fact. i thought that was kinda neat.

and i think some of the colors might be slightly different, cause i thought i remembered hearing on the backstage videos that they used some pro colors like true chartreuse paint stick and clear sky blue pigment or something. so... the color collection is definitely bright and inspired by the mcqueen fashion show, but it's not the exact same colors.

Beauty brand MAC, designer Alexander McQueen and make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury have had a love in and the result is Alexander McQueen for MAC, a 16-strong cosmetics collection created for the Autumn/winter 2007 Alexander McQueen catwalk show (see the absolutely gorgeous images from the show above)...
The runway look is inspired by Elizabeth Taylor in Cleopatra, and the collection will feature more paint pots in Electro Sky (a royal intense blue), Pharaoh (a creamy yellow green) and Otherworldly (a mid tone sea blue). They'll also be new shades of black kohl eyeliners, nude lipsticks and Lip Glass lip glosses and a golden bronze Mineralize Skin Finish. I'm excited, are you?
MAC's Alexander McQueen collection is available exclusively from Harrods in the UK on October 1st, as well as on the MAC website.

pics of models wearing Alexander Mcqueen for Mac colors

I found these images on this website, they are attributed to Catwalking:

They women are wearing really cool Egyptian cat eyes. The inspiration is Elizabeth Taylor in Cleopatra.

I dont like the looks, they look like misguided drag queens! Gorgeous colours though.

Does Orpheus swatch Olive then too? I am only going to get one of these two. Does either one swatch less green and more black? TIA!
