I've ordered MAC from Nordstrom lots of time and have occasionally received that message and my items usually shipped from a Nordstrom store that still has the product; not from their warehouse. So your order may arrive from a store that still has the product. This happened to me w/my Metal-X, Flashtronic, Rushmetal orders. I received partial orders from as far away as Seattle, WA and as close as Naples, FL.

heatherette comes out to the UK and other places in europe this weeek im soo excited but i dont know if i should get trio 2? i mean i know its pretty dupe-able but i think i could get some products from the perm line ive been wanting for AGES but the packaging for the trios is just soo hot i dont know what to do!!!

any help? x

So far my favourite part of this collection is the Alpha Girl b/p. I am not fair at all (NC35), yet it looks so amazing on my skin. Kinda regret now getting only one

MY WISH HAS COME TRUE!!! I emailed MAC customer service b/c I found something sitting on top of Mood Ring that isn't part of any of the packaging in the box when I opened the Trio just to FYI them, b/c if that can get in, what else will someone else find? I thought at most they'd send over a small thank you product, if anything at all since it's just an FYI, but....

THEY'RE SENDING ANOTHER TRIO #1!!!!

And I don't have to send the one I have back! This is totally not what I was expecting, and I needed a pick me up since my friend won't be able to pick up the MAC gift she had for me (which is fine, her $$ needs to go elsewhere).

Props up to MAC cs for this one!

Congrats on getting a second one. What exactly do you mean by "something sitting on top of Mood Ring"? Like... dirt or something or what o__o

I am stoked about this collection coming out this week in the U.K! Apparently friday? 4 more days to save then...I want everything from this collection but am limiting myself to:
Lipstick in Melrose Mood (My dream colour & texture in lipstick)
Glitter in 3D silver (it's a PRO product and I love glitter)
Trio 1 (I need these colours and I love the packaging)
Dual edge pencil in Black Funk/Pop Blue (Need new liner and love the colours)
I love Heatherette, they are my favourite designers, I hope I get it all before it sells out considering how broke I am.

Thanks! It wasn't dirt but there was some on the shred of plastic on Mood Ring. The hetchmarks were slightly - barely - disturbed and everything looked clean, which is basically what I told MAC. That's why I didn't expect them to do much about it with regards to me, just to maybe check up on packaging protocols or something, and why I didn't have any issues with using the palette.

That is exactly what happened at my Macy's counter in Massachusetts.My MA told me that not only were the shipments to 15 Macys stores in this region were 'lost',but also that they were probably stolen.She also told me that MAC is sending investigators down to the D.C.area where Heatherette was shipped from so I am sure (hopefully)that they will figure out where the hell all that Heatherette went to and bust them really good

.Because there is no way that 15 shipments of Heatherette were just lost-damn whoever stole all that,they took that and we want it back!!!But somehow I doubt it...

Yea that is so sad

that is what I was told too..same exact items you mentioned will not be coming in.Luckily I got the 2 eye trios,3 ls-everyone except Fleshpot,the other 2 lgs,both nail lacquers,pink pearl and the pop blue pencil.So at least I was able to get all of that.Hopefully you get everything you want BunnyBunnyBunny and it all works out.

QUICK!!! It looks like Heatherette has been restocked on mac.com
BUT... the video seems to be screwing things up & not allowing you to add things to your cart. To add the item to your cart use the search box to find the specific item & on the page where there is no video you can add it to the cart! Good luck!

I noticed that too. But I was able to add things to my cart from the page without any problems :: Shrugs :: It might have been because I paused the video?

I tried to pause it but it didn't work, I had to completely leave the page with the video to add things to the cart. Of course there is a good chance it is just the site having a glitch & they really don't have any of this back in stock, but I figured its worth a shot for anyone desperately wanting more

to all my lovely Canadian ladies: if you want 3D silver glitter, get it online now before they change the price cuz they're $18 and on the main Heatherette page it says they're $20.

I just picked up another Alpha Girl! I had problems with the page loading too, so I went to the product menu (face -> powders) and added it to my cart from there. Thanks so much for posting this.

YAY...me too! I just ordered Alpha Girl! Didn't have any problems with the site. I hope I love it on me

MAC has had all kinds of issues with their site lately. I ordered Strobeblossom L/C over the weekend, then this morning I got a backordered email, but when I called CS, they said it was a mistake & the item had already shipped.

That's so strange! I tried it with Reflects Gold on the pigmet/glitters page instead of the Heatherette main but it shows $20 whereas 3D Silver shows $18! Go figure...

yeah on the glitter page, it says both are $18 each, but when you put the items in ur shopping cart they differ in price...i think i'm gonna get me some 3D silver even tho my MA gave me a generous sample and i know i won't use it all up but it just looks so pretty in the jar

yah, i just ordered a full jar even though i got a nice sample (the ma was really nice and told me that i didn't need a full jar) while i was there i also ordered the trio1(finally!), a nail polish and a lipglass. i'm not proud of myself

Just for anyone curious, the price difference of the glitters is not a glitch. The two glitters featured in this collection are different types of glitter. Refrencing the US prices, 3D Glitter is a chunk glitter, and is $15.00, while Reflects Gold (the newest 'type' of glitter) is $16.50.
