Thought i'd just share my two cents about my HC haul, i only got 2 MSFs in total - star wonder and light year.
Can i just say, light year has exceeded ALL my expectations!! Looking at the swatches before i purchased them, i didn't even think it was going to show up on my very warm NC20 skin. In general, blushes like NARS orgasm/deep throat show up more muddy/muted on my skin because of my yellow colouring.
Dabbing my blush brush in it lightly just twice, as i do with my other NARS blushes, it picked up SO much colour. Comes out as this BEAUTIFUL golden peachy shimmery shade.
It's like MAC Melba's sparkly more brighter sister. I love them both equally, MAC melba on more natural days and LY on days where my skin needs a boost in glow. Definitely brightens my overall complexion.
I chose one with a small gold vein to minimise the microglitter/shimmer. I missed out on stereo rose but i'm guessing the people that love that will love this equally. Seems like a pinker, less orange version.
Star wonder on the other hand was a bit of a let down for me. It's a beautiful colour, but on me it doesn't show up too much differently from my NARS desire. One disadvantage is that it comes with all this SHIMMER/GLITTER, not the sheeny type but the specks of shimmer in all their multidimensional reflective glory (doesn't look that great on me). In the sun, SW looks like a nice pink flush but with all these random glittery friends migrating around my face.
Still a gorgeous MSF but maybe more flattering on cooler skin tones than my own. That being said, it would suit all skin tones, it certainly isn't limited to cool skintones.
Hope everyone is happy with their hauls!
