MAC - Holiday 09: Magic, Mirth, Mischief (Colour Collection) Discussion

I was thinking about boy bait b/c everyone was raving about it, but I think it will make me look dead. I have such pigmented lips, I think it'll look bananas.
I put some items in my cart online. So far I have Surprise me, Utter Fun, Total Wow! and Ever So Rich. I just got my Lavender Whip lipstick that I bought off of someone here, so I want ESR to go with it. I'm anxious to see all the lippies in person. I am nervous about Glaze finishes. Big Bow from hello kitty is a glaze and although it was pretty, it was damn near impossible to apply and have it look good for a solid amount of time.
It's been a long time since I've been so unsure about a collection. I may need to break my rule and try these on in store b/c I hate returns and I want to be certain on this. Hopefully, I'll make it to Mac Friday, Saturday at the latest.

I totally thought I was going to ignore this collection until I saw the palettes online last night and now I really want sorceress, smoke and mirrors, and devil may care, both eye pencils, pervette lipstick and boy bait. So much for money saving. The colour collection is online now, and the palettes will be live soon I'm sure. I'm going to check out my mac store tomorrow and haul.

I only have so much willpower to spread around, and right now it's all going toward eating right and working out to lose weight...so I'll be hitting up my counter to pick up Devil May Care e/s and the pink n/p. I'm going to B2M for a couple more when I have a chance to get to a store.

So far I ordered Jingle Jangle dazzleglass and Partial Pink cremesheen glass from this collection. Surprise Me lipstick and Ever So Rich cremesheen glass are calling me!

I'm going to my MAC pro store tomorrow to do some hauling. I'm getting the mineralize set in pinkazoppin, boy bait, su per duper natural(sp?) and all of the MES.

Since specktra was down I couldn't tell anyone yesterday, but the MES is actually 19.50 CAD, not 23.50
so that warrants my Blue Sorcery a little more hehe...I'm not sure I'd use it a lot, I have to make sure I will use it and that it suits me, but my goodness is it gorgeous!

OK, this is weird, it still says "CA$19.50" on the Canadian site for the MES, but once in my shopping cart it says "23.50"

Our price for the MES is $19.50 and Canada's is $23.50. That's strange. E-mail customer service and ask if the price is 19.50 or 23.50 on the Canadian website.

Ok so I made it up to the MAC store bad knee and all. I was the first person to check out the holiday collection, make a purchase and swatch it.
Heres what I thought I got up their and hated the mineralized face kits glad I didnt pre order Im fair skinned both skin finishes were gorgeous but would of been the only thing I used out of it so dont buy it unless your going to use the products or are seeking the discontinued skinfinishes out of them I wasnt that hard up for shimpagne like some were
My store had the color colledtion on display I didnt mess around with it too much because of the glitter in them didnt want to deal with the crescent of mess. The lip glosses and lipsticks were great I was wanting to get pervette but it was sold out luckily its permanent so Im hoping to get it online or wait since it will always be part of the MAC line. I did pick up BOY BAIT! hehe, and EVER SO RICH. when it comes to the rest of the sets the eye palettes were nice I picked up SORCERESS love that palette can't wait to use it. I also liked the pigment fluid line set with SHIMMERTIME in it picked that up also. The bags that some of these sets come it are dainty but cute I love the ribbon pull on them.

I passed on ever so rich when creme team was released and I skipped it again because it's so sheer. You def need a lipstick underneath. My ma tried it on me with the corally colored l/s that came out with this collection and it was gorgeous. I still didn't get it because I made a list and I was determined to stick to it, but that doesn't mean I won't go back next week and pick it up LOL.
