perhaps! or it could be mac's bad photoshopping skills making things look better than they are!

That Sephora, honey, you'll have to go to that one next time you come here. So much makeup porn there!

My husband and I went to Paris for our 2-week honeymoon in July and one of the first places I went to was that Sephora! I was totally blown away when I walked in... the walls of perfume, brands I'd heard of but never seen, and the craziest part - a MAC counter in the middle! I was there during the Soldes, so it was 20% off everything in a box. I was very, very, good and only picked up MAC's Look In A Box in Frisky Girl.

From here, it's a very long, very expensive trip, but I can't wait to go back. =)

Trust me, i go there every week, and i'm still blown away. Since it's open til midnight, there's even music and parties sometimes at night. I'm still amazed.

i ended up going to the one in Vincennes because that is where we were staying

very nice place it was easy to get around on the trains
smiles.gif
And heck yes i shall let you know! We had a lovely time last time we went... it was a year ago last week i think!

You should definitely go to that Sephora, it's every makeup lover's idea of heaven
th_drool.gif
. Seriously.
The first year I went to Paris I passed outside and didn't even bother to go inside. I mean we have Sephora and I've been to other (European) countries' Sephora stores and were all pretty much the same. The second year, I did go inside and I couldn't believe my eyes! I can't even begin to describe this magical store. It has huge displays of every possible brand I could think of. It's about 10 times bigger and 1000 times nicer than any makeup store I've ever seen.
In the end, I didn't buy anything because I was so overwhelmed and needed time to take it all in
tong.gif

I still dream about it and can't wait to go again...

Why MAC insists in reformulating something that was already perfect.

I guess the only explanation for the current reformulation is indeed ingredients being rare/too expensive as it has been discussed.

Anyway, i was curious and i went swatching the new Teal. The only thing that came to my mind was "eeewwwww".

I wasn't into mac when the old version of teal or the old jars were still around
ssad.gif
I wish I had been the little jars are tiny and the teal that is available swatches on me like steamy e/s. If the pigment in the kit is teal and swatches better I am def goin to get it
