Here are the kids helping kids cards http://www.beautyscene.nl/p/140794/mac_kids_helping_kids_collectie_nl_release_3_november_2012 I wish they had a bear like they did with A Tartan Tale. I think they could have done a really cute pink one with bows.
Awe that would have been awesome. I got the keychain last year. He hangs off of my purse. I love when people ask me what it's for. Makes me feel I did something good by purchasing it. The viva glam bag this year got expensive! It used to be like $35. But knowing what it's going to makes it a must have for me.

Swatches have really been narrowing down my list lately! Usually it is the opposite. Now I just hope that when I go into the store to see a few items in person, all hell doesn't break loose! Maybe I should just stick with my mac.com goodies and avoid the store all together...I am experiencing a little bit of logical thinking right now from the safety of no Glamourdaze products to be had yet, so I should just go with it! I have decided no ED shadows for me!!! What? I know shocked myself...must be tired! But I wanted 4 and that would cost $80... Looking at the swatches I really like the shadow clutches and since I have none of the colors in them, I am getting two...so 10 shadows is better than 4 at $80. Anyways... this is the logic I am operating under for at least this moment! My new logical list: Green Shadow Compact Peach Shadow Compact Superb

Thanks to all the WONDERFUL ladies and gents here posting photos and swatches my list is finalized. I will only be going for Fabulousness which actually delights me because I will get paid twice more by the time it releases! I plan to pick up the Warm Eyes palette and Luxurious Pink lip bag, and pending further swatches I may get the Sweetly Smoky pigment set or Lavish Rose gloss set.

I plan to make regular visits to my CCO to see what pops up next year. Particularly interested in: Brilliantly Cool pigment set, Smoky Eyes palette, and any of the EDES and blushes.

For the ladies that bought the travel bag or seen it in person, how many brushes can you fit in there realistically? Is there pockets for them are do you just put them in the zipper compartment?

Ok, I can breathe, my Nordies SA preordered my stuff and is putting it aside now. I asked him what he felt about Tall Dark and Handsome, he liked Dark Dare more. Like you all said he said it is more of a charcoal grey, like Typrographic. I'm skipping it... (HEY I have to skip something!) He also convinced me to get A Natural flirt. He said it is like a light pink with some blue in it... those who have swatched it have you noticed that? He LOVES Blue Orbit with Saddle or Embark in the crease.
A Natural Flirt looks peachy on me. I don't see pink with blue.

I had Let's Skate from last year and had to give it up.  The glitter was too much for me.  I will skip all the fluidlines because I can't take that chance again.
Crap I have lets skate. Just haven't opened it yet. But I love Genuine Treasure paint pot and it's pretty glittery. So I should be good.

There isn't a specific pocket for the brushes. I have 15 brushes that fit comfortably into the bottom compartment. My concern would be the satin lining inside of the compartment getting dirty from the brushes. Ideally, I would like to put my brushes into a brush roll first and then see how it would fit into the compartment, but I don't have one yet. I didn't realize that the brushes I own have doubled until I washed them all the other night. I've been buying a new brush for specific reasons as my knowledge in makeup grows. I'm at the point now to where I think a brush roll would be a good investment.

I was at the unveiling the other night - sorry I haven't had time to chit chat about it....

The f/ls are MUCH more glittery than the paint pots from Champale, which were more glittery than the Glitter & Ice p/ps like Let's Skate, which were mostly shimmer. The glitter in the f/ls is chunky and bold. It doesn't look tacky or weird, though - actually it looks pretty darn awesome - very textured, but not glitter bomb slutty....very runway looking. I bought them all and have tried them alone and as a base under the EDES and on top of the EDES too! They're awesomesauce!

Besides the f/ls, I bought all the colored kohl powers, with 2 Ravens and 1 each of Mystery and Orpheus. If you love eye pencils, especially ones that have sheen but also work in the water lines, don't pass these up - I wish they were perm. I won't be surprised if I go back and get more BUs.

I held back on most of the EDES, mostly because I was annoyed they're so much smaller. I did get the pale lilac one which is just the most gorgeous opalescent lilac pink. The taupe is really pretty, but definitely dupable. The black is actually a cool charcoal grey - I was tempted, but held back since I'd rather get the dark silver Pressed Pigment - better value and I honestly prefer the PP texture to the EDES, which is saying A LOT, because EDES is excellent. I almost got the bright pink, but it is an almost exact match for the bright pink Electric Cool shadow, which is a texture I prefer over the EDES too, since it very miraculously smooths out my eye texture in ways the EDES don't come close to doing. One thing about these new EDES - they're much more like the Dark Dare "Glow" texture than the super sparkly texture of all the others from that collection. This is a very good thing! You can keep them much softer and more satiny, or you can wet them and get a much stronger sheen and sparkle. BTW, the peachy one is really really pretty and a great peach shade for skin with a bit warmer cast to it - I figured it'd look much better on me than a lot of peaches which are too frosty and cool, but I held off on trying it. I may go back for it eventually.

There are going to be much better lippies and blushes coming up soon, so all of those were totally easy to skip.

Im starting to notcare about this collection at all. Is that a problem??? MAC is wearing me down
I totally understand what you mean! They have so many collections coming out it is kind of sickening! I went from wanting almost everything to a couple lipglasses and raven eye kohl. It is getting ridiculous. Plus the VIB sale is coming up...gosh.

Thanks for your thoughts hon! What you said about the pressed pigments makes me feel better about skipping most of the edes. I am for sure getting Ready To Party. I think I'll skip the rest. I looked at my stash and between edes and the EL ones I have 13 shadows in this formula  And as pretty as they are I just can't get past the price for the size. Can't wait for the new PP's. I've heard bad things about them but I totally trust your judgment on them.

Thanks everybody for their swatches and reviews!!

I am only going to get the fluidlines and Glamourdaze and maybe Innocence from the main collection. I definitely want one of those satin box kits, they are sooo pretty! preferably the mint one because I love green but I need to at least consider the actual colors inside first!

The EDES size is totally turning me off. I'm not getting any. When I find a shadow I really like I can dent it pretty quickly with daily use and I the decrease just makes me feel like I'm getting ripped off. More money for other collections! I want more quads.

Hello everyone, new here but I've been lurking. Thanks to everyone for all the swatches. I pre-ordered at my Macys counter on the 6th, so I'm glad I won't have to stalk and miss out like I did with Marilyn lol.

Temptalia just posted some info on the upcoming collections!

I too appreciate that sentiment...it's just exhausting! Nevertheless, I have to be honest....I LOVE THIS STUFF...and I have NO self-control whatsoever!

I've only been buying lipsticks since last year, but Outrageously Fun seems unique out of the colors that I have in my collection. The only thing that's similar is Chanel Extatique. Pink Popcorn doesn't compare to Extatique at all in my opinion. It's much too light and sheer.

I have the MAC large brush roll and I LOVE it. I use these items solely for traveling. My brushes fit snugly so I know I'm protecting what I see as an investment (albeit in my makeup addiction). Some folks complained that it was too tight but IMO the snugness prevents them from slipping out. It also has an inside zippered pocket. I paired it with the rectangular carryall (handle & shoulder strap) that has a mirror, inside slots and pockets, and is deep enough to hold MAC Pro-sized eyeshadow & blush palettes. Depending on how much I've packed, I sometimes have enough room to place the brush roll inside the carryall. No regrets whatsoever on these purchases and I have used them a lot, including on trip from which I just returned tonight. SO WORTH IT!
