I like the sound of Double Definition, Shape The Future and Fiery Impact. But mostly, Double Definition. Can't wait for photos so I can actually see the product!

Thank you so much Debbs! Can i ask what slight difference you noticed with Def.Defined, altho similar to Superb and Glorify? I'm on the fence about it because i rarely use either one of these....especially Glorify..used it once maybe twice. Your description of the shadows have made me curious about them. I was so not interested in them and now I am lol.

So basically Opalesse is not like the past releases but Smokey Mauve is like Stylishly Merry and Triple Impact is like Ready To Party? Did I read that right?
Opalesse (excellent color-payoff) is unlike prior releases however Triple Impact IMO is comparable to Stylishly Merry. Regarding RTP, no similiarity noted amongst these. I however think that Triple Impact and the silver shadow (which I did not swatch) are the most dupeable ones. Smoky Mauve is much lighter than I thought it would be but it has a very nice subtle sheen to it. The closest dupe I can think of to SM may be Prettified CMP. Dimensional Blue is only a tad bit lighter than Smoky Pressed Pigment. DB is not a must-have for me but it is nice with a silky smooth feel and really pretty sheen. DB may look beautiful paired with Zestful. Zestful (a must-have) is refreshingly new and unique to the EDES family.

The sheen and sparkle evident from Glorify and Superb was not as visible with the darker portion of DD. I think it may be best to mix both areas to get that effect. It was somewhat duller and a bit "pasty" swatched compared to the others if I remember correctly

I did not use any base, paintpots, cream color base or Fix + etc and these shadows performed really well on their own. The swatches also lasted a long time and were impressively vibrant looking on my hand. Wet swatches or with bases can only improve and enhance their performance. I am a self- professed sucker for these and I was not disappointed one bit.

This makes so much more sense, thank you!

I think you sold me on only getting the EDES's from this collection and skipping the EDSF. To me it sound like the darker portion of the EDSF has a similar texture to the blushes. I might get Definitely Defined for that reason as a blusher but will now skip Double Definition for sure.

Debbs, would you say that Dimensional Blue is similar to Divine Blue?

TIA!
They are different. I would describe Dimensional Blue as a frosty like sky blue. When I get home this evening I will swatch Divine Blue.
Off the top of my head I think Divine Blue has more aqua-like undertones but I am not 100% sure
