i got my vibrancy eyecream :) its the first time i used an eyecream in years, so far i really love it. i dont notice any smell to it, which is good! dont like it when there's too much perfume in my creams.
the skin around my eyes really does look smoother after i use it. i'm excited to see the long term effects!

and probably i'll get the tinted moisturizer as well, if i finish my bb cream. maybe even the essence :)

not sure though what to do with the softening lotion. is it like a cream as well?
The softening lotion is a clear, like a toner. Enjoy your new eye cream! :)

ahhh okay, a toner! didnt know that :) thanks!
It's not a toner. Not like one at all. MAC's skincare is pH balanced, so they don't have a toner.

Got my tinted moisturizer in light plus. I think it's too dark on nc15/20
I really want to try this. I thought about ordering it in the light I'm also nc15/20. Have you worn it? What do you think of the finish. I'm kind of worried that light might be too pink for me though.

I only wore it around the hose.

I think extra light is more yellow than the light. at least that's what i was told

It dries semi matte, more like satin natural finish. I think it would be great for combo skin. Sheer coverage, very sheer.

I have really dry skin so idk if it will work, but I still really want to try it. I'd love to hear any other thoughts you have on this after using it for a bit.

You can even mix it with fix+ for added moisture!
oh yes, i love the fix+! i use it every day before applying any moisturizer :)
i had some issues with dry flaky skin around my nose and mouth, but not really anymore...switching to an oil cleanser and fix+ helped so much!

At first I thought it'd be too light for me as it looked hella white when I first applied (my face isn't at evenly pale as my arms haha!) but the colour settled nicely without oxidising too dark, which is a problem I'd had with Mac foundations in the past. I've only worn it the once, so first impressions are: That it is a 'tinted cream' as described, as it's not as thick as the Mac bb cream and the coverage is even sheerer, but It is not as runny as a traditional tinted moisturiser. Considering I have very oily skin, the wear was very good, and I wasn't completely shiny even at the end of the day, though I did apply this to bare skin. If you have oily/combo skin, wearing a moisturiser underneath this might make everything a bit too slippy. I'm impressed at its 'all in one'ness :)

A few more swatches. I think that the deeper/warmer color of this does help color correct blue discolorations. It also seems to adjust a bit on application-the Light Plus was actually pretty good on my NC15 skin despite the apparently dramatic difference in the swatches between them. Maybe it's the sheerness, maybe it color-adjusts? I'm not sure.

I haven't had time to hit a counter yet to compare the other color shades, but I thought others might find this pic helpful.

I think it's the sheerness that makes it forgiving
Probably so.

I am noticing a really good color-correcting effect too. It smells slightly of sunscreen.

I'm also doing the Wayne Goss buffing powder trick when I've applied it (I'm using the new Nars loose powder, but I don't think it matters). This looks airbrushed on when you really buff it in that way (here's wayne's video on that technique--he's pretty honest that he didn't invent this, but it's how I heard about it).

I'm holding onto the Light Plus, because I know that I'll need this color during the summer. Despite all my efforts to sunblock, including physical, etc. hats, I always pick up color. I do want to check to see what the other shades are like now that I'm so pale.

But wow, buffing that powder in really gives this a gorgeous finish.

Thank you for being so helpful!
