I only purchased 2 of the Close Contact lipsticks... I almost bought the Morning Rose lipstick but I read on a blog that it has a slight shimmer?!? and I do NOT do shimmery lipsticks.
I purchased the At Dusk extra dimension blush from the 1st collection -- at a CCO yesterday.. It was $17.75 .. Sometimes there are slight differences between collections, but I decided it looked pretty enough for me in the CCO so I snatched it up..
I used MRREBATES for my order instead of ebates because mrrebates is offering 6% while ebates is only offering 5%.. (I just started using mrrebates so I am not sure if it is better than ebates -- that has yet to be determined, but they do seem to offer higher returns in a lot of stores... versus ebates)..

same here. i have a list but so scared of purchasing something that wont work for me. i have a limit on this collection so i want to make sure i spend it on something i know i will love. at least we know this release wont be like RiRi's... well, i hope. lol!I still do not know what I want for sure.I'm just going to brave the stores on the 26th.

Me too. I know I want the Close Contact lipstick for sure - so I went ahead and ordered it.. I ordered two..but otherwise, I want to check the rest out in the flesh..I still do not know what I want for sure.I'm just going to brave the stores on the 26th.
I already have Superb and it is BEAUTIFUL.. then I was going to buy At Dusk when it launched, but found the previous edition at a CCO.. everything else - I am unsure about, so I will hike it up to Mac and swatch them before I decide what else to buy..

You see that's what I noticed: most of the EDBs/EDSFs end up at CCOs so I was wondering if I should just sit and wait for the CCO to get the items? It's a big gamble I know lol.

Yup, I previously purchased Bareness extra dimension blush at the CCO.. and I see SO MANY of the eyeshadows - I can't keep track (I rarely buy new shadows from Mac - I have so many from UD, Cargo and Smashbox)..
It is definitely a gamble to try to score at a CCO but if it's not something that you HAVE to have, then I would skip..
FWIW, I rarely see the ED SFs at the CCO.. I hit my CCO every 2 months (or sooner) like clockwork.. and it seems they're a little harder to come by versus the shadows and blushes and lipsticks.
I bought Superb during the first launch and I do think it is very beautiful..
At Dusk is light even on me and I am light-skinned (I used to say NC25, but in the mineralize foundation I am dead on NW20)..If you're any darker than that, then I am not sure it would show up.
That's about all I can contribute.. LOL.

I only picked up carnal instinct and superb, the rest will have to wait til next week....two collections right before Christmas is just wrong lol
p.s. For those of you that bought the ED products last yr, (other than the lipsticks) do you remember if the rest sold out fast?

The EDSF and Blushes went very quickly. The eyeshadows took a little longer.
