3 questions: #1) Do you also use cream highlighters a lot? Then go for the 128. Nope! No Cream highlighters .. Oh wait sometimes I use pearl as a highlighter but mostly powders #2) Do you wish your MSFs were MORE intense or more buffed in and less glittery? More intense, go for 128, more buffed, go for 159. I like it more buffed in #3) Do you usually swirl your highlight in along the cheekbone or would you rather do a pat-then-sweep? Swirl, go for 188, sweep, go for 159. Yup!! I usually sweep it on Also 188 if you're also looking for a blush brush too and don't mind if your highlight is less intense. If you want intensity, you'll have more work using the 188 and less work using the 128 or 159.

@ Liba Thanks!! I think I'm going to check out the 159 Right now for blush I just use 129 Brush. I totally agree what you said about the right brush making all the difference on your face. Mac brushes are expensive but I think it is totally worth it to get a flawless application

I swatched MA and while I thought it looked pretty good, it didn't have that same metallic glow all the other EDSF's have..

That's what I love about Magnetic Appeal. It gives me a soft, beautiful glow. It blends into my skin like buttah. It's like buttah, baby, like buttah. LOL!

Yeah I did not try it on my cheeks... it might just be really nice, but I am pretty fair so I don't know..

Start off slowly. Mac brushes can be expensive if getting a few at one time. I pay full prices for makeup/makeup brushes. It's what I did when I began collecting them.

I totally agree with starting off with a few at a time cause they can be very expensive purchasing all at once .

My problem is I can't stop. I've ventured off so many times. I've been on a hakuhodo kick for my brushes and they are def breaking the bank!

This collection is EVERYTHING for me. This thread though making me wanna go back for MR Lippie and Close Contact as well as Sweet Heat and Magnetic Appeal. Y'all already forced me to get Steel Kiss and I'm on a no buy for gloss! Still on the fence for Our Secret as well. I will say I'm glad I was convinced to get Fairly Precious as it looks perfect for highlighting. Just got it so I'll play tomorrow. Looks similar to Definitely defined which has become my fave of these edsf so even if close well a bu would be welcomed. Superb is a mixed bag for me. I love the champagne pink but the microglitters annoy me when I spot them in natural lighting. I am usually indoor so I guess it doesn't matter as much but they irk me when I spot them in my car mirrors.

So do you find sweet heat nice to wear during the day without looking overly done up? I was contemplating getting this one.

Absolutely! It's not stark or in-your-face brightening. The finish makes all the difference. (NC 30)

Ordered Morning Rose with Dervish Lipliner and Close Contact with Subculture lipliner last night. Anyone who's got Flair for finery now similar is that with Close Contact? I do have 2 FFF but can't see how similar as my order isn't here yet. I was going to get Carnel Instinct but that looks similar to Rocker to me and Sensual Sparks looks off for my NC15 skin.

Carnal Instinct and Rocker are not identical. Rocker is more red, CI is more brown with glitter.

CI is closer to Caliente.
