Did anyone of you get the Diane Kendal Casual Colour Cheeks & Lips Palette? I'm seriously considering it, since I've been almost exclusively using cream textures on my cheeks for the last 1-2 years now and the palette seems so neat!

Has anyone compared the 'Ice Follies' Crystal Glaze Gloss with the 'Lena' Giambattista Valli Crystal Glaze Gloss?

Did anyone who owns Neon Orange get Darling Clementine? I want DC, but not sure if it's super close to NO. Temptalia says they are like 93% similar or something, but they look different in pictures to me.

Almondine is love ❤️
Here are her sisters. The closest one is the Ellie Goulding lipstick but it's softer and is a lustre finish. Might back up, but I'm thinking about getting Bloodstone instead.

Moons of Jupiter is perfect on my NC45 skin. The next time I wear it, I'll post a pic. The Shining Hour... As I own a lot of the dazzleshadows from Le Disko, I know what to expect. I tend to use them on my lips for that extra dazzle (I'm rationing my dazzleglasses).
thanks! it's in my cart, so i may pull the trigger sometime soon...
Now I'm reading conflicting stuff. Has anyone (excluding myself) had their dazzleglasses for over two years??? Or has anyone had their ones gone rancid???

I've had both Love Alert and Funtabulous for over two years and they're fine. No change in colour, texture and smell.
i have two or three (also including love alert), older than two years, not rancid.

i really like jasper. somehow it is a deep shade without seeming too made up or intense. i wore it today for a job interview.

did anyone buy the kabuki neutral shadow palette and like it?

Has anyone picked up Moons of Saturn? And if so, what do you think of it? Gonna pick it up for a friend this week.

So I tried this kit out today. The cream products are easy to work with and not patchy, and the powder is also nicely blendable.
I used Rhea as a blush, and at first I thought I went a little too heavy with it, but I could sheer it out nicely that it didn't look overdone. I own 3 other cream color bases from MAC (all 3 from the Chris Chang collab), and I think Rhea is by far the best as quality goes. It was easy to pick up with a brush, and my initial thought was: wow, it blends out really nicely and smooth! This is by far the best product in this face kit.
I tried to use Gypsum as a highlight, but with moderate success. The good thing is that it also blends nicely and doesn't look patchy. The only cream highlighters I had so far are the ones in the Sleek precious metals palette, but oh my those are a pain to work with! I prefer to use a bursh, but the only way I can make those look somewhat decent is if I use my fingers and pat them on really gently. So compared to those Gypsum works like a dream, is easy to pick up with a brush and is easily blendable on the face. But the down side is that it looks almost like nothing. If someone likes a really natural sheen it can be an okay product. I used 3 layers I think and then it started to show a little more, but it's definitely not a BAM! type of highlighter. Also, it's just a tad bit more glittery than I would prefer, but I can live with that. I think the purpose of this product is to give some colorless and natural shine. What I mean is like most highlighters have some color to them - rosy, gold, icy etc... - as well, but Gypsum doesn't really. So in this sense it's somewhat of a unique product, but highlighter-aholics probably won't appreciate it much.
And for the bronzer - oh yes it's quitey orangey! I was a little afraid to try this one, because I was using it for my work makeup in the morning, but it looked surprisingly decent. It's definitely not going to be an everyday product for me though. Also, they go really well together with Rhea.

So overall, I think I can say I like this face kit, but would only recommend for someone who likes a warm makeup look, and is not too crazy about highlighter. Although they can still use another one instead of Gypsum, but then, it will be a kind of pointless product in the kit (guess it could still be used for a glossy lid effect or lip gloss? but then there are other, more suitable products for that).

Thank you for the review. I'm gonna have to get this for a kit, just in case I have to do my friend's makeup. I'm gonna be really busy tomorrow.

Oh My God! How beautiful is Flamingo Road! :wow: It's my fav lipstick lately - I love it sooooo much :cloud9:

really glad i decided to get it. i was a bit worried it might be like the many other purples, but it's not! and the texture is really good for a liquid!

Does anyone know why the lipglasses from this collection are no longer on the MAC site? Surely, they haven't sold-out?
