In my mind, it's called P.O.S. ... much like the entire collection actually embodying the word 'maleficent' because it's evil that MAC thinks this is acceptable.

Phoning it in.. Jumped the shark, yadda yadda yadda. I do love the wings. I'm sure I'll get the lipstick and lipgloss but gee-SUS that is some lazy production. Maleficent deserves much better. And I fail to understand why MAC even bothers with nail polish anymore. Last original color was in VV, it's become a crappy formula at a fairly exorbitant price. Boo!

After seeing what they came up with I'm honestly surprised they didn't just bring back Venomous Villains Maleficient only. I'm sure some collectors and MAC lovers will snatch up what they've offered now but this seems like a weird miss at a super-easy slam dunk.
Also I'm glad someone loved the offerings from Miss. Piggy, overall I was kinda bummed, I love that crazy pig and I'd have loved for some piggy lipstick of blush for moi.

I think a lot of us expected a whole lot more from this collection, and i don't mean a whole lot more as in products. Yet I think that people that have no interest in the Lorde collection could end up being surprised at the products, if any of the shades are new and awesome in shades!

Now I know what the packaging reminds me of... gargoyles, lol.
Yeah... the more I think about it, the more I want to skip this completely. I love beauty powders, so I'll see how this one is. If it is like the Marylin one only darker I can skip. If it is more like a highlighter I migth get it.

when i saw the first images i was like, that's gotta be fake right? something that someones photoshopped the maleficent movie logo onto?
very dissapointed.
im not usually one to holla CHEAP but that's what it screams to me.
i dont get how the people at mac sat at a table and were like yes this is good
i can definately see a lot of this ending up at the CCO
not a fan of having a disney maleficent logo - it really does look like disney store play makeup
and that black wing detailing looks batmanesque from afar.
i actually like the mix of new shades with permanents, but i really dont think i'll be buying anything as im not loving the logo at all.
it's sad as sleeping beauty is one of my fave films and i had anticipated saving a lot to buy this collection
but the upside is money saved!
