What a lacklustre collection - I won't have any difficulty skipping this one. I had thought I might buy something for each of my daughters' Christmas stockings, but it won't be from this collection.

Just Natural Beauty Powder and True Love's Kiss lipstick for me. An easy haul.

As a WOC what way would you use the beauty powder..I'm scared that it looks so light

I'm NC20-25 and that powder looks like it would work on me. It's hard to tell from the pics we have, but it looks too light to be appropriate for deeper skin tones to me.

I can't see how it can be my dear. The 2 face products are definitely not WOC friendly, so it surprises me when i keep hearing WOC saying they want to buy them :dunno:

Yes it is. Just do a google search for them in your area, as they're scattered around in the US.

WOW I never imagined it could go this bad! The face products are def not WOC friendly! Packaging is horrid...Nothing, nothing, nothing is calling to me!!

But hey...the only positive side to it is : monies saved!

I love love marylin monroe beauty powder I wear it everyday because I don't wear foundation its so pretty I love it I'm looking for another one because mines is going fast

I really would like the sculpt because it's purse friendly. I'm the girl that likes carrying her whole face in her makeup bag, you never know when something could go wrong!

I may have to pick up the lipstick... depending on swatches, of course.
Overall this is a very dull collection, which is depressing.. was really looking forward to a variety of fun and vampy colors.

I guess I'm mostly alone in liking the packaging. I think it will make more sense once the movie comes out. I am a little disappointed because the colors are kinda boring. I wish they had a green SOMETHING, maybe nail polish?? Because even though her skin isn't green in this version, her 'magic' or whatever is. So it would have been perfect. Ah, well.
Does anyone know the price points of this collection? Sorry if this has already been discussed.
Also what skin tones does Sculpt work on?

I am only disappointed to see so many perm colors.But I am getting them just for the packaging!

It would have been amazing to see a collection full of new colors....especially lots of (dark) purples

A blackened-purple blush would have been awesome!

And,of course, purple lip products!


But the new Beauty Powder makes me really happy because I have high hopes that it is suitable me

I don't dislike it, I just thought the wings looked kinda Batmanesque. I get where they were going with it as apparently in the film Maleficent has wings at one point but loses them. I am disliking the overall collection. The lip products look pretty, but do I really need another red? This collection doesn't feel like Maleficent at all.
