At update, all us girls got excited and then ...lol.. in unison we all exclaimed our disapproval when the Trainer mentioned it will only be available at Harrods and online.

Thanks!. I will have to rely on swatches for this one and purchase online. Why can't it be displayed in MAC free standing stores?

I just went to Harrods today to get my So Ceylon MSF and I found out that this collection will be released on the 11th of Dec in the UK.

I wonder how much more expensive these products will be compared to the non-couture collections :s

Can't wait for product photos though, and ofc the swatches!!

For anyone keeping score, this collection comes out in LESS THAN THREE WEEKS. And yet we have no clue what it looks like! *bangs head against wall* Why, MAC!? WHY!???!!!

BLASPHEMER!

I have a lot invested in this collection. Almost as much as I'll have invested in it once it comes out and steals ALL MY MONEY.

Yeah….I’m invested in the sheer mystery powder, brushes and fragrance. Those I can buy sight-unseen. But I can’t fully plan what I want of the ls and lgs ‘cause there are no swatches or pictures. For the last 2 yrs I’ve depended on Specktra swatches to plan my purchases of the couture collection – no MAC stores where I live.

2 ½ weeks to go before this collection launches and nothing to stare at and drool over…

Mystery Powders are not MSF, and there will not be any MSF with this collection.

mystery powders don't have shimmer like the MSFs do. these are two completely different animals.

Ack I so need to know what this is going to look like!

With all the big collections coming out in January for us UK'ers I need to know how much I am going to spend beforehand!

It's my first couture collection since collecting MAC so I'm so excited!

Thanks, but I wanted to know if the Mystery Powder in Light Medium is the same colour as the MSF in Light Medium. Or are they not comparable?
TIA

Ahhh, so you meant the MSFnatural. They really are a different finish. Mystery powder has a lovely velvety matte finish, and I find it holds up much better than MSFN. Plus, MSFn will give better coverage if that's what you're looking for. Personally, I greatly prefer mystery powder as a product.

Ugh, I should sleep for a change...
With colour I meant shade. So is the Mystery Powder in Light Medium the same shade as the MSFN in Light Medium?
Sorry, my English is sleeping.
