Wow, I am really underimpressed. I don't like this at all. I really appreciate you posting the pics and can't thank you enough for getting this info to us. I am just totally underwhelmed. I was really expecting more. Maybe I'll like it better in person? We'll see.

Well I hope that everybody hates this collection as much as all ya'll, so there will be plenty left for me once my Pro Discount kicks in!

It seems like every year people are very split in their opinions on the Couture packaging . . . which I think is good. It means they're making bold choices and not just making something easy and cute.

PS does the packaging really remind anybody else of Dior Fahrenheit men's cologne?

Um, no. But that might be because I've never seen that cologne. I loved the design of last year's brushes. I'm withholding judgement on this year's shit til I see more.

I thought the compact looks weird. would need a bigger picture or seeing in stores before i decide whether i'm going to get anything from this collection.

I am sorry to everyone that likes this collection but I think that it is super ugly. I don't even know if I would want this if it was free. I have no issues about skipping this collection. Besides Red No 5 the Couture collections have been HUGE disappointments to me. More for the rest of you!

I hate to say it, but I'm in complete agreement. This collection looks like the redheaded stepchild of Guerlain's Divinora line. If I'm laying down fat bank on premium packaging, I want the packaging to reflect said outlay. I can see this stuff showing up at my CCO by the case load. I think MAC gets it right when they don’t try to imitate the more expensive lines out there, but do their own riff on trendy and fun packaging.

pshaw! I missed all of you enablers gals and guys too. Now I have a bit more free time, so I plan to make myself a dedicated nuisance here.
I'm saving all my moola for Hello Kitty. I plan on letting my inner moppet go on a shopping spree come February for pussy. <- can I write that here?

I think its a sign from the makeup gods that I have too much makeup when the Xmas collections aren't exciting me.

Though I might cave and pick up that new fancy-schmancy eyeliner that is coming out with the Chill collection.

other than that, all my moneyz belongz to the pussycat collection.
