Ok, this thread has taken a turn for the hilarious. But it reads like an intervention. I am now shutting down MAC.com on my browser before I do damage. And it didn't help that someone mentioned the sale at Nordies.

I honestly don't know what kind of shimmer it is, it's the same size of particles, but there is less then in LL. Like in a certain angle you can almost only see shimmers with LL but not with Marque, they are definitely not hard to see tho and they are more gold.

For my many backups I still don't know what I'm gonna do with them, I'll probably keep a couples for me (I'm already on my second LL.. and my first MM is seriously low) but I'm planning to get a membership here soon, and I may sell some. I bought a lot of Heatherette stuff.. But I'm not sure, they are selling at good price on ebay... I'll see how I feel about that later. But I will keep in mind that some people here have intesrest in

(I counted and I have more LL then I thought (5 and one Suck Up l/g) and they are not selling as high as MM so I'll probably sell some here soon for you girls, but keep in mind that I'm in Canada so I pay a bit more then in US (here lipsticks are 16.50) and we have taxes (15%), and I want to make a little profit, but the CA money is low now like 0,75 US)

Oh my god, from all the info on this collection I was gonna miss it but the packaging got the best of me.

I was more reserved though, limiting myself to marque l/s, identity l/g and commemorate sheerspark and I have to admit, I love them.

Commemorate sheerspark is definitly what it says, its a sheer powder with a gold shimmer finish, subtle and very pretty, great on a night out and subtle enough for day.

Marque l/s is the same colour as my lips when I wear it but its so creamy and nice and and l/g is to die for.

I wouldnt say Identity is the same as babyspark, it seems much more grown up, the pink is more of a dirty pink with a gold shimmer whereas babysparks is a baby pink with opal.

I agree with that. The l/s formula is to die for. I have Flourish (a really nice raspberry-red color) and I am in love with the texture of it! Wow!

Yeah I totally agree with you girls, I love the lipsticks and I'm seriously thinking that getting a backup of Identity is not a bad idea at all..

I don't have Flourish and All Mine but.... eh... they look really nice, and smooth.. and.. ah... don't know if I'll be able to resist.

Yeah, I wonder what formula the lipsticks are. MAC should definitely make more of them!

I would love to get more of the l/s, but the price tag is really putting me off. It costs almost the same price as a Chanel lippie.

The main reason why I love MAC l/s is because they are good AND cheap.

I was feeling so noble, because "Flourish" lipstick was the only Monogram item in which I'm even remotely interested, and so far I've been successful in convincing myself that Queen's Sin, Port Red, and Red No.5, all of which I already own, are vastly superior.

I only purchased one item from the Monogram Collection. It was the Flourish lipstick. I really love it. The pigmentation is great and it looks like a warmer New York Apple on me (NW20). Unfortunately MAC employees and pro artists didn't get a discount on this collection. I didn't realize that I had paid full price for it until I looked at my receipt (I had purchased A LOT of MAC that day). Anyway, I really love this lipstick and it is high quality.
