I actually bought them yesterday although I never wanted them. But they
make a gorgeous summer look together.

I managed to snag up Femme-Fi today, I am so happy! It does seem like a great all-round shadow.

Does magnetic field look like Dark Edge from the N collection?

Well I popped my MAC nail polish cherry yesterday. I got the last Plasma Blu my Nordies counter had! I can't wait to get a pedicure and use this color!

My Femme Fi eyeshadow is shattered! I don't know how that happened. I haven't even used it. Should I try to get another one or let it go? I'm NC43 in Studiofix.

Can it be saved? Like re-pressed or scooped up and put into a 5gm jar? I think you should get a new one, but if you can avoid spending the money and put it towards other collections, try to save it. I really jut love Femme-Fi and use it as my "fixer" shadow. lol

yeah, my bronze e/s broke. i repressed it and it was fine until i dropped it [again]. then i just went ahead and put it in a mac sample jar and crushed it so it had the consistency of a pigment.

I've only ever used my Black Ore with UDPP, but even then it was only as a crease color. Maybe you want to try using them with UDPP or Too Faced Shadow Insurance?

unfortunately mac isn't responsible for breaking once they leave the counter. we have no idea how you stored, how you carried it, etc., so we can't exchange it. like damsel said, mush it up in a sample cup and use it like a pigment. this is what i tell customers to do when they come in with broken powders.

Maybe you couls swap for some samples or buy a sample from here or another community? I only have Black Ore, but I really love it, so for me it's worth the money. IIRC, Mac_Mocha is selling 1/4tsp samples for $4/ea. if you wanted to try before you buy.

I have all 4 Solar Bits, I actually got 2 Black Ore and just ordered a second Sunpower - LOVE them! But the Bronzescape is a bit disappointing
ssad.gif
It goes on pretty, but fades very quickly. I've tried bases, no base at all, different brushes, dry, foiled.... it doesnt matter. It fades way too quickly for my liking. The Black Ore on the other hand is gorgeous, well worth the back-up!! I got the Scatterays and this so pretty, probably the easist to use as well IMHO, but its the Sunpower that caught my eye. A bit harder to use but ever so pretty, I just love it!!!!
