as you can see, femme-fi has alot more noticable gold. twillery has more brown to it compared to all that glitters, which is definately more beige.

there is no mask. there are two exfoliators, one for the face and one for the lips. the benefit of the volcanic ash exfoliator is that it can be used on all skin types. and since it is less abrasive than the microfine refinisher, it is suitable for even sensitive skin.

the solar bits aren't chunky, they are clumpy. thats because they are a different texure. since they are creamier (not creamy) than pigments, they tend to clump together. you know how when you open a pigment (lets say blue storm) there are little clump balls? thats how the majority of the solar bits are. its because they contain binders that hold them together, making them a creamier powder (think solar bits is to pigments as matte2 is to matte). if you want to use them as a cheek highlight, you need to use very little product, a super fluffy brush (#222, #223, #224) and a very light hand, since they are very pigmented. you can use them anywhere you want, just not the lips. on the lids, as a brow highlight, cheek highlight, you name it.

you can layer them over fluidline or paint, but do not mix them. i never recommend mixing a powder product with a cream product. it will glop up like crazy. but if you wanna use a bit of it and try, be my guest. you can prolly mix it with a bit of mixing medium, which might result in a very wet look. these are meant to be used dry. these are different formula than the pigments are so they aren't as multipurpose.
