I think you should try it. If you end up not liking it you can always wipe it off and try another one! That is what I love about makeup

I was wondering how it would look on me so I picked out a black lipstick by a cheaper brand and tried it. It looked interesting, but it made my teeth look grey, so now I know to skip it. Have you got the option of doing something similar?

I saw a Fergie Wet N Wild black lippie. So I could try that first. My mother loves black lipstick, and so do the "mothers" at my church, so that is the other reason why I am little spooked about Punk Couture. I don't want to look 60+ when I'm only 32!

For some reason, I'm always told that black lipstick makes my eyes look REALLY blue, which is pretty weird to me. I really don't like retro mattes though, so I might just get both purples.

yep...thats what i did..when u got a 2 drawers full...u really forget what stuff u have! ..so. i leave my dresser full so i can see what i have sometimes...my hubby..be like:..WTF..is all this stuff...and my perfume collection doesnt help either...lmao!

I really shouldn't go through the threads for collections that I think I won't be interested in. I never really saw myself as a black lipstick kind of girl, but now I think I really want to give that one a try along with the dark purple. Maybe even a lipglass or two.

That's exactly how I feel! I saw some pictures near the start of the thread and was like "not for me," but now that I've been seeing the products more (the lipsticks, in particular), I'm really curious about the purples.
