is amazing is the best msf for my skin tone, it doesn't have that orange muddy look that other bronzer give me, I am an nc15 and I tend to oxide my cheek products, so this is better a natural and beautiful look for my skin type. If you can get it, do it, you won't regret it.
Yay I got it, I'm so excited!

no I haven't, I am going to take a look, next time I go to sephora or nordstrom. Thank you for the info. I have never heard of it before.
I think it's only been a couple months since they released. jG and Olympia are similar but different enough I feel like I have to have both lol

I googled it, and it is beautiful, the highlighter is matte, but the blush is gorgeous, I have never worn a matte highlighter but is worth trying it. Thank again.:encore:

I'm still waiting on my Belk one to arrive! They also never refunded me the shipping charges like they promised they would, so I had to email again since cs is closed right now. Hopefully they refund that to me soon.

I added up how much I spent on this collection and feel really ashamed. $200 is a lot when I'm supposed to be saving up money instead of blowing it on makeup.
I feel really guilty now for doing that. =(

It took a month to get some of my AA stuff from Belk. Fed Ex lost one and it took forever to get the refund from them after Fed Ex sent them notification that it was "lost". I reallllly see them as a last resort only.

Same here, girls. I bought PH, from Pedro and the Osbournes and some perm products and racked up $360 :/ I'm pretty upset because usually I'm very money conscious but I'm going through some shit and makeup is how I cope. I will be skipping MB and most likely the simpsons. RHPS and the 90's nudes and matte lippies is a different story, tho :(

Well I do feel better that I'm not the only one! I generally only buy one set of mac items per year, but really there is no reason for me to buy so much stuff because I still have mineralized skinfinish powders that came out 2 years ago that are practically full lol.
I need to sell some of my used items that the colors just do not work at all on me, so at least it'll help some.

Same here....I always appreciate to hear your thoughts on the stuff you got

Yes, I really hope that it will work for me.Maybe not all the colors together in one look but one or two eyeshadows paired with cool toned colors should work.
I am glad to hear, though, that you liked the quad when you checked it out in store!

Sorry to hear that.Hopefully you will feel better soon and can play with all your new goodies

I just couldn' t resist these lipsticks

DG and KYY are sooooooooo right up my alley and after seeing all the pretty pics of ladies rocking RH and SP here on the thread I am super
excited for those too!

A primer should help.I think that a colored paint pot might work as well.Maybe Let' s Skate?
hmm.gif

Or Good Fortune BB? Also a white base like Pure White chromaline, Chrome Angel paint pot or The Cool Elite BB.

Fingers crossed that you can bring out the colors more vibrant!
Please let me know how you like Jolly Good on you

I did, thanks! Happy to hear you are doing well.

I bet that will work for you, one or two of the Duchess colors with cool colors. From what you've described before, you have more leeway than I do with getting away with warm things, so I think you can pull it off! I'll look forward to hearing what kind of looks you try! Thanks for the suggestions for the quad I got. I have Let's Skate, Good Fortune, and Cool Elite, though I think the only one I have open is the Cool Elite. I might try that tomorrow if I can find it and will let you know if it helped. Sadly I've misplaced some of my goodies from the past year. Things have been a little crazy on my end. House is being changed around and some stuff has gotten lost in the shuffle as things move from one spot to the other. I just found my Red Balloon LS from Playland the other day.

I can't wait to hear how RH and SP work on you. I'll share my thoughts on DG and KYY (and Ruby) once I'm able to wear them. I'm feeling better but thought I would wait a couple more days to be safe.

I haven't worn Peaches and Cream yet, but I did wear Jolly Good MSF Sunday and today. I am in love! I was so not sure about that purchase, and really thought I shouldn't have let my MUA talk me in to it, but I am so happy I did! It actually works on me and doesn't look funny at all, as long as I don't load up my brush. I'm thrilled with it and wish I had gotten a BU. I've never tried contouring before so I wasn't sold on the idea to begin with (kind of a "I got by this long without it, why start now?" kind of opinion), plus anything brown or beige scares me, it usually looks so bad. Was also afraid it would read orangey on me, my coloring is so picky. It doesn't! It looks like I have a slight tan and gives my face more definition. I was shocked at how well the color blended into my skin alone. It looks natural. The highlighter section was a bit of a let down as it doesn't show up on me at all really, but since I just got back from vacation, my face is pinker than usual from the sun (even with sunscreen), so that might be part of it.

That was a really unexpected treat for me from this collection. I could see this being a near-everyday product for me from now on. Please let me know how you like it!
