they aren't even in the same color family. talent pool is a blue/green/teal duochrome (or triochrome

), where cool heat is a full on teal/turq, and waaaaaayyyyyy darker than talent pool. talent pool looks like a sister of tilt in the pot, but swatches more green, where tilt swatches more blue.
