I feel the same plus two glosses cost more than just the one lipstick I'm not going to wear so often. but they do look gorgeous!

Oh ok, that wouldn't matter to me too much anyway long as I get my products lol. I do like the fact if your waiting and can change your order if you don't like something.

I have to be honest ... I'm a tad frustrated about this collection. There have been no pics, swatches, or anything (unless I'm missing something?)
I called my local MAC counter yesterday to see if they could give me more information but she didn't really tell me anything besides the fact that it's due to be released on January 3rd. *sigh*

i need swatches ASAP so i can burn some money. 2013 is a no buy for me. I have a sick addiction here... I have a few thousand dollars in makeup alone nd i don't even wear it because i work from home. man is 2013 gonna b a long year for me, but i figured i can start to use up products versus consistently adding. I purchase more makeup than I've ever used up.

i know, i'm not a gloss girl either but i thought the look is beautiful! i guess if a person wanted the glossy look and didn't want to/isn't able to get the LE firm form...at least there's a permanent option out there!
i'd imagine with the new metallic lip tars it's probably also possible to concoct a satin version....
