ok, here's how ya use it.
1. cleanse with your normal cleanser. rinse.
2. while face is still wet, exfoliate (if using the VAE, use a grape-sized amount 1-3 times a week, no more than that). rinse.
3. while face is still wet, apply the VATM (2 pea-sizes) to entire face/neck, excluding eyes and mouth. the water on your face will cause the mask to heat up, opening your pores. let sit 3-5 minutes. rinse. use 1-3 times a week, no more than that.
masks remove oil and clear out your pores. over-masking can strip the skin of its naturally needed oils, causing your skin to overproduce oil, which can jack up your skin like no other!
