Whats up with this lippie (Brave New Bronze)? My first few uses of it was great and I went on a spree for a few weeks wearing it. I even searched and got a 2nd one. Then I put it to rest and started wearing other stuff....

So I pull it back out last week and can't make it work. It looks terrible! I mean terrible. WTH?! I don't get it because just a few weeks ago I was loving it. What did I do differently? Nothing. Um, weird.

I find myself regretting not getting BNB quite a bit but after hearing all of this I am glad that I didn't get it.

Wow BNB is such an awesome l/s but that's just me. Have u guys tried putting l/g over it like Lovechild? That's what I do and it doesnt look so bad. Oh well to each its own, right?

Yeah I have seen some people it looks fabulous on and then others it just DON'T work...But when it does it is really pretty

Girl I'm telling you I wore this lippie a few weeks ago TONS of times and loved it. I used it with all kinds of neutral glosses...basically all my staple glosses

but the last few times I tried it I couldnt make it work. I don't know what the heck happened. Its quite odd. With all this talk about it I'm gonna try it again tomorrow but with a lighter application......we'll see

I know exactly what you mean. I stick to wearing them packed on the lid so that I don't really have to blend them out & lose any of the shimmer or color payoff. But, after I blend in my crease color, I usually have to touch up the MES towards the top part of my lid to put back the shimmer that was lost KWIM? I really love them & don't mind keeping them on the lid only. I really tried to tell myself that I didn't need Blue Flame, but I finally caved & got it this weekend. I now officially own all 4 shades lol! And if they weren't so huge & I didn't think that they would last me forever, I would have back-ups of all of them as well.

yes i always use my mes foiled on the lid where i don't have to blend. the only exception is fresh green mix where i use the darker side in the crease dry but that doesn't have much fallout and the payoff is very good.

i used my blue flame the other day foiled on the lid. carbon in the crease to blend it a little and then dazzlelight to highlight. looked really nice even during the daytime. i wore it with nude rose lipstick so i didn't look too dramatic for work!

Some people have mentioned alot of fallout with the Mineralize Eye Shadows! I have experienced very minimal fallout!!

BNB is a tough one! I can see why people don't like it, but I do think its a awesome warm nude lip color!

I didn't wear it that much when it 1st came out, but I never really wear lipsticks in the summer. I think I might wear it tonight.

Yaay got my black box today!!

OMG, the mes's are soo much nicer in person!! The pictures don't do it any justice!!

I got cinderfella and blue flame and my sis is getting me the other two mes's! So i'll have the whole set.

Cinderfella & Blue Flame are gorgeous - they'll look fantastic on you. They were definitely shadows that needed to be seen in person to appreciate how beautiful they are. I didn't have any fall out with mine either.
