What I do though is rinse again, once everything is off, with cool water.
Anyone do or thought the same?

I use hot/warm water with ANY cleansing regimen -- I use oils to remove makeup, then use my evening scrubs which I have a few and exfoliate, then I add a foaming cleanser and circle aroung with a brush -- No, I don't believe CLarisionic is essential. I have an old Shiseido Brush which is about 20 years old and a Lancome brush which is about 10 and they both work well. I then rinse the whole thing off with warm water.
I use a Salicylic acid toner and then Bioderma Sensibio H20 -- and let those air dry, so I don't use cold water at all as these finish the cleansing process and close up my pores visually.
After that I start applying my moisture and night creams or whatever I am currently using.
I use cool water with my morning ritual and finish off the same way but with morning products (no Salicylic acid) but do continue with my Bioderma.
I have been lucky in doing this since it has avoided any major blemishes and lines so far! I am 47 and my skin looks about 15 years younger
... I don't know how long it will continue to do so, but I will continue my regime and add products as needed.
