No way I can say Mac nailpolishes are good quality, but if they keep working on it, they might become okay ones soon!

I only buy their nail polishes because they seem fitting with my shadows but they're not even remotely a favorite of mine unless they are a stand out color.

I wouldn't recommend Nightfall to my worst enemy and just put the bottle down when it streaks that blatantly. I'm finally considering China Glaze for alternative colors after seeing a members' blog.

Strange, I've had quite the opposite experience with the last few MAC polishes i purchased. Baby Goth Girl is a bit thick, but i got amazing coverage with 2 coats and not streaky at all. And 3 days later, I put on a third coat to cover up a few chips to get a week's wear out of it. And I also have the pink HK polish, which I used this summer on my toes, and was pleased at how nicely it applied.

However, I must say that overall, I love most China Glaze polishes and Finger Paints. Finger Paints in particular for metallic finishes.

I caved and got the black greasepaint stick when I realized that my Style Black MESes looked better on a base. I'm wearing Gilt by Association over it now, and 8 hours later, the sparkles are still on! Yay!

All the MES are officially sold out islandwide. Wow. Looks like I'll never get my hands on Gilt by Association then.

Do you know if they will get a new shipment?

I only tried Young Punk dry yet with a purple smokey look. It looked gorgeous and I haven't experienced any fall out.

On me BGG went opaque with two coats. It would've went with only one (but most likely would've been streaky), it's so thick and opaque! All in all, I guess having two Mac polishes, other one is the WORST polish I've ever used and this BGG just okay, I'm done with those. There are so many better polishes (like my beloved Chanel) that with my patience, it's hopeless with these.

Really? That was the reason I freaked about Mac polishes and didn't buy them until now this one, the awful HK pink polish! Do you apply it somehow differently or how do you get it to work? I like to colour but otherwise it's a nightmare.

I don't apply it any differently, at least I don't think I do! It had a really good consistency and I got great coverage with two coats. I do tend to apply thick coats though, not intentionally.

LMD84, hope you had a great birthday!!!

Happy belated birthday!

I saw Up a couple of months ago with my son, and you're right I cried a few times!

I really love the Pixar movies!

I've got only Blue Flame and Cinderfella and I loooove Cinderfella.
I've used it a couple of times dry during daytime and didn't think at all that it was over the top, and I wear almost always neutral shades!
