I have Night Violet lipstick too, but I haven't had a chance to wear it yet.

Ohhh interesting combo! I may try that out on Thursday! I have to work today so I can't wear them because Clinique's colors are boring and I couldn't pass it off as being Clinique.

I did actually at the very end of September at my very local counter but they had already filled that spot but they would keep in mind when they had another spot open. And then at another mall in my area the counter manager wanted me to work there so bad after we were talking for a lonng time lol But it wasn't in the best part of town and transportation was an issue too. So I'll keep trying, and I'll get to work for MAC eventually!

I almost converting the bestie into MAC, we went to a counter and she got a concealer, blush, foundation and an MSFN. But she claimed the makeup made her look white and pale!!!

I told her it was all in the application, and not to use finger, so she went and

bought some cheap ass brushes, and still to her, no bueno. She returned the stuff! I felt like someone died lol!!!!

That's terrible! About the white and pale part, did she get the right foundation shade? I know the MAs will always suggest people to get one shade lighter in case it oxidizes, but it doesn't work that way for me.

But I think it was the concealer tbh, cuz when I use MAC concealer I can't even lie I look a little pale before I blend it in. But damn the girl wouldn't listen to me~~~~~

But the MA gave her NW45 in Studio Fix Fluid, just like I wear, she even did a demo at the counter. AArrggh

Just lip balm underneath, as usual. But yeah, it was Black Knight layered on (coz it's so sheer, but I don't mind since I had wanted to use it to mix with other lipstick colors).

you don't need a glimmer glass sweetie. pureply because they have no colour pay off whatsoever! if wearing over night violet or another dark lipstick you could just use a dazzleglass to get the sparkle effect

I've never got the Hype about them, they're too much $ and too glittery, plus I didn't like the way they felt on my lips.

I tried to jump on the DG bandwagon, just like I did with MSFs, but damn all that GLITTER
