Poor Shroom...it just wasn't giving me the payoff. I wish it was in a Pigment form rather than a shadow.
Shroom was simply too delicate as a 'satin' to stand up to the abuses I inflict upon colors of this nature.
I believe the only time I'm able to use 'satins' effectively is when I'm building my crease with the much darker shades like Folie, Brun, Mystery, Club, etc., etc.
I'm practically creating a second to third skin when I'm packing on my color to my lids and brow bone. And even that gets sprayed down with Fix+ and then freshly powdered with color again to create a blendable surface.
I LOVE the color of Shroom too, but this is why I have 5 jars of Your Ladyship Piggie to last through the ages.

yeah, shroom didn't do much for me either. I use either Solar White, Blanc Type or Your Ladyship to highlight. I gave Shroom to my mom and she likes it. So I guess it was a win/win situation

I don't have Shroom e/s and I've heard good/bad things about that e/s. I may give it a try one day. I still adore Solar White and Femme Fi e/s for my highlight as well as Baby Petals (Heatherette Trio 2) and Hoppin' (Heatherette Trio 1).

All of this shroom talk makes me want to break it out and use it again. I have never had super good results with it but I will give it another chance.
