This is one collection I am actually going to buy. I wear black or blackish plum/blue eyeshadows daily and often wear dark lipstick.

why oh why am I scared of rocking the dark lips? I can apply smokey looks, neutral, brights, whatnot on my eyes but what do I need to do to get over the mental aversion I have in my head over fierce lippies?
I really only use neutral, pinky, peach type lips. Kirsch, while purchased and sitting there so pretty, is unused.
I am intrigued by the thought of layering that black gloss over various lippies though!!

I bet that Russian Red l/s with Blackwear Glimmerglass would look HOT!! I'm now starting to fall for the vampire looks! It's perfect for Halloween for anyone that is going to dress up as a vampire for Halloween.

Last night I went through my lipstick collection and pulled out everything I want to try with these lipglasses. I put them in a large black box and couldn't stop smiling...yeah I have a problem, whatever.

I am so excited for this collection. this is the only collection that i have been actually PSYCHED for like, like as in i will be at the MAC pro store as soon as this is released!!!!
To touch upon the previous conversation, I am not "emo" or anything of the sort, I feel like makeup can not be thrown into a classification like that. I am a firm believer that anyone can wear anything, it all the depends on the person and how that individual WORKS it and with what confidence the person wears it with. Yes, people judge you based on looks, makeup, etc, but not everyone looks like same with a black gloss, one person may wear it over a baby pink to darken it and another may wear it over black lipstick. two very different outcomes. That is why this collection WILL work for anyone, its about making it work for YOU! Personally, I have just worked up the courage to wear red...barely, so black will be out for me, but the rest of the collection? Come to MAMA!

I usually switch my hair color from coppery auburn to a deep burgandy at the end of August but did it a bit early this year. I have also set aside my Night Violet, Bat Black and Smolder along with my UD Oil Slick l/s and Chanel Maniac and Hysteria l/s. Now all I need are the MES ( I am leaning towards Young Punk and Gilt by Association) and all of those great glosses and I am set.

Oh snap!
I -thought- this was going to be a strictly lip products (+1 paint stick) collection for me, but those MES are amazing! Definitely adding Young Punk to my list, and most likely Gilt by Association...I'm thinking hard about Gilt by Association though, it's reminding me of my Black Ore solar bits that I don't give much love. The selling point for Gilt is that it's already nicely pressed and neat in it's little container so I don't have to be paranoid about tipping the whole thing over on my counter when I use it...peace of mind costs $23.50CAD!
I wish a black MES with bright red pearl was a part of this collection! That would be hot!
