love & lipglass. <3

Have you tried warming it up? I take the cap of and put the shadestick with top on my hand to warm it up. If that does not help, you could use a brush to even it out before applying the shadow (best use a stiff one). hth.

I like warming it up next to a light bulb for a few seconds. It works much better than your hand. Try adding concealer or a paint pot before you apply your shadestick.

I have noticed that some shadesticks work better than others. Overcast for example always applies uneven for me.

Okay who else would be pissed if MAC didn't reformulate them? Here's hoping they listened to their customers.

It would GREAT if they added a sharpener on the end and pops out when you need it. I think Loreal HIP does that with theirs if I can recall correctly. Brilliant idea because those things really do need to be sharpened every once in awhile!

Oh, how about a soft brown called Tiramisu and a pretty orange called Orange Chiffon. Ah, I'm going to get dessert tonight.

Yes, I do believe they did reformulate them, because when I apply them they are really silky, smooth, and creamy..lol
They are not dry. They glide on really smooth.

Red velvet is also more on the pink side.
IMO...

Ok, don't find this bizarre, but stick the capped applicating end into your crotch area to warm up while you prime your face and stuff. It'll apply super smooth after that.

Overcast is a jerk. it's the worst shadestick there is.

I am a hugeeee shadestick gal, I own almost all of the old ones.
With that being said, have we started speculating about what old ones these might be dupes of? Red Velvet Cake is making me think of Crimsonaire (which I do LOVE). Im sure the yellow is unique, but what about the other two? There are a lot of neutral-y shadesticks!

Love the name Creme Brulee. Sounds good! So excited for this collection that I think I may just skip HK except for maybe 1 l/g.

Here it is with Crimsonaire Shade Stick, umm...I don't know what other color to pair it with. IMO Crimsonaire is more vibrant in color, Red Velvet is a lot softer.
Sorry I'm not that good in describing colors...heehee...IHTH

I think the light pink may have been more like a Phloof! color but that might just be my monitors...

But apart from that, you're spot on
