LOL I too am "lower region dominant"... 40 inch hips and I'm 5'6. My theme song is Baby Got Back, and most recently "Big and Chunky" from Madagascar 2 Soundtrack because I laugh like a school kid everytime I hear it.

I'm terrified w/the shadesticks drying out and breaking. The one at the counter was broken.

St. Germ is definitely more wearable than MM. However, the color is really bright. My lips look like candy. I guess that's the point. I've been wearing mine with Hot Gossip and California Kissin by Benefit.

I know how that feels, I'm like you too. BBR MSFs were my first.

But Perfect Topping will only be good for highlighting, and Refined well you might be able to use it as a blush but I'm not sure as I haven't seen it yet.

The BBR ones are good and pigmented though, if you've got those and you're happy with them, you can probably skip these.

If you want an MSF that's pigmented, I suggest you look at the Grand Duos instead. They have the glowy sheen of MSFs but they are pigmented because they are meant to be blushers.

I had shadesticks that are 2 years old, close the cap, hear the click, won't have a problem with them drying out.
