Plumage would probably look really nice, as well as Aquavert as suggested by Ernie

First off, Congrats to all of the new advisors! Very well-deserved! You all are what makes Specktra a great place!

I also want to say happy anniversary to Elegant-one! 30 years is amazing... congrats!

Okay, so I haven't posted in so long, but I've been lurking and reading everyone's posts.

I really like most of this collection. I ordered all of the shadesticks, Saint-Germain, Bubbles, Lollipop Loving (backup), Dear Cupcake, Aquavert, and Perfect Topping.

I was going to order Peppermint Patti, but I was a few dollars short in my debit account, so I chose to remove that from my cart. Dummy... of course that sold out first. I called my local Macy's and they had one left so I asked them to hold it for me. When I got there the MA said she had it on the side for me, but the other MA must have just put it out as the tester. So she gave me the tester which was filled to the top.. for free. Awesome! I LOVE the shade!!!

Bubbles is another standout for me... where has this lipstick been my whole life? It basically transforms any and every lipstick. It looks so cool! I love it, and I already bought a backup. I might even be getting another one.

I love Perfect Topping... it's the prettiest shade on me. It's hard for me to explain the color it is on me though. Mine didn't have a lot of lavender in it (i ordered online) so I'm on the hunt for one with a lot of lavender in it.

Dear Cupcake and Aquavert are pretty... especially Aquavert. Can't wait to wear it.

Love, love, love LL... I wore my Heatherette version yesterday. I haven't compared it to the new one, but they look the same to me. I'm glad to have a backup... my other one was almost gone.

Saint-Germain was nice. It's a lot different on me compared to Melrose Mood. It's more wearable than Melrose Mood is... on me anyway.

When I checked the collection out in person I picked up Sweet Thing. It's gorgeous... I saw Elegant got it, and she has the best taste in pink/rosy etc lip colors. Glad I got it! Btw, your new queen enabler smiley is sooo cute, and Dead. On.

Don't shoot me but I also got a tricolor gloss in Consume Me. I wouldn't go near the mess-of-a-tester... and I was curious, so I got the last consume me. What a waste of $17.50. I don't even care that the colors mix, it's more annoying how sheer these are. Like such a waste.. you can't even see them at all, and the consistency sucks. Maybe it's just the one I got though.

I also got Grand Duo blush and Studio Sculpt foundation. Yay! I love everything!!

Great review, Bella - thanks!

Is anyone out there actually liking the tricolour lipglasses? Just curious. They hold no appeal for me at all, just want to know if anyone is enjoying them.

My heart belongs to OPI. I love the South Beach Collection for summer, but my heart belongs to the Russian Collection. I wonder why

My mom just calls me a makeup freak, haha

Because I do this all the time, I am going to go ot. My bday is this Saturday, and when everyone asks me what I want I give them the same response: I have no idea!

I pose this question to Momma Spy and anyone else who could help- What does someone ask for on their birthdays when they buy themselves everything they could ever want?

Regarding the butt: Gotta see it to believe it!

More chocolate for me

Loved the Russian collection too, oops I have some Russian blood as well.

My son thinks it's completely normal for me to be taking pictures of makeup at any given moment.

Regarding the birthday dilemma, I usually find one thing I really want, that everyone can chip in to buy. I've gotten an Ipod, digital camera, $$set of fancy knives, you get the picture.
Wait, how about gift certificates to MAC????? or Sephora, that would work.

Otherwise, a great dinner out, flowers. Also maybe a spa treatment or massage?

i wanted to like the tricolour lipglasses but I just want the packaging. I am wondering why they can't give us real lipgloss not this sheer stuff in that packaging. I would pay 17.50 for a good gloss with cute packaging, uh wait, I already do that,

the glosses do look cool but really if you use them i think they will get messed up... plus the fact part of me still thinks they looks like fakes from ebay! but they do look kinda cool when still in perfect layers. also i'm not liking the sheerness that people keep posting piccies of. i'm a big fan of highly pigmented gloss!

I was not sold on these tri-colour glosses as there is obv no color pay off. BUT, one of the MAs used on me the other day and I was impressed how non-sticky they were, kind of like the cremeglass texture. Still not worth it to me, but hey, for collectors it might be fun to try.

I wasn't going to get any, and didn't actually swatch any myself. But when i was trying Saint Germain on, the MA gave me a gloss to try over it that she thought would make it work better for my skintone. I didn't even know she had given me Tasty until another MA asked her what I had on my lips! And i'm weird in that I like to pair a gloss and lipstick from the same collection when possible, so i ended up getting it. I decided to swatch them all on my hand afterwards, and this was the only one that showed up at all. The testers were no longer tricolour, the different colours were all mixed together and they basically looked like regular glosses.

i think i'm going to add red velvet shadestick to my list (only a very small list!) i've never had a shadestick before though and the only reason why i think i'd get use out of it is because i have lots of pink pigments and shadows but don't wear them much because i feel like i use loads just getting them to show up. if i use red velvet as a base for.. sunset b e/s for example i guess i won't have to pile it on as much?

also do shadestick last quite a while? or do they dry out easy? i prefer paint pots because they seem so much more creamy... and paints of course!

^Shadesticks do dry up if you don't close them properly. If you hear a "click" sound then you have closed it properly and prevented it from drying out. They do last a very long time

You can have my 'Tasty' when you pry it from my cold, dead, paranoid hands.

...all the rest can die in a fire, as far as I'm concerned.
