Hey Vandy!  Yep, that's how I feel about it too.  I like it well enough but I'm not overly "WOW" about it.  I think I like both FnF and SR better.  I will say I LOVE the formula for this specific color and the way it feels on the lips, though.  It is very pigmented and left a good amount of stain.  Reminds me more of a true matte, not the creamier mattes that MAC has been releasing in recent months.

See, although it isn't a retro matte finish, I did find it to be pretty matte. Well, matte-er than usual by today's standards. LOL! It was on par or perhaps even more matte than Acai to me.

I thought I read that testing so far had not been going well. The formula has a tendency to transfer easily. Mac has plenty of time to get it right tho.

I was pleasantly surprised with TT! When I blot it out a bit, there is a beautiful pink undertone which I love. Will be great for summer!

Btw, my MAC store was having an event for W&D today, and one of the MA complimented me on my lipstick and asked me what I was wearing. I'll call that a win~

I love this on you! I'm very pale, too, but I love the brown shades. I'll be buying this when its restocked.
