I got to put some items on hold at my favorite counter, and the MUA let me see some of the collection, too!

I swatched the creme bronzer in Beach Bronze -- it does have shimmer to it, though I think it's fairly manageable. However, I swiped at it after it had "set," and the color disappeared! Only the shimmer remained. Has anyone else encountered this with their cream bronzer?

The Hipness I swatched was smooth, and looks just like the Fafi swatches I've seen. I can't detect a difference.

Flurry of Fun l/g is SO UNIQUE! The sheer peachy base with teal/turquoise shimmer is so incredible. I can't work it, personally, but props to those who can, or who want to stare at it in their collection.

Marine Life is STUNNING in person, and I love the packaging colors this time around. The green plastic is divine.

All in all, I put Hipness, Marine Life, and Rosemary & Thyme on hold, and I may pick up more on launch day. I just have to keep in mind that In The Groove, Felines, and DISNEY VILLAINS are soon to come!

EDIT: Forgot to add Sand & Sun e/s! I swiped it twice in the same spot on my hand while I was in the store, which I couldn't see AT ALL in the store lighting, but once I stepped outside, I could see it quite clearly. It was a nice, true peach shade that would work well with the other e/s in the collection, as well as any warmer shades in general. Very pretty.

Shimmermoss is perm, so there's no rush to get it.

But if you want a comparison swatch, I'd go and see if anyone did one back when Mutiny came out with Naughty Nauticals.

I brought my Ripe Peach to the pro store to compare to Marine Life...I swatched the bottom of RP and compared it to both colors mixed in Marine Life, then had my MA pick out which she thought ML was...she picked RP! And since ML is already sold out on preorders here I don't feel so bad now trying to hunt one down....I'll be sticking to RP since I have 2 of em.

But I did preorder Flurry of Fun and the lighter of the cream bronzers. I wasn't going to get any of the bronzers but this one had pink glitter vs. the normal gold glitter. Plus it wasn't sticky or anything which I thought it would be.

Marine Life is versatile in the fact that you can layer the lighter pink over the dark portion to tone down the colors. There are several combos you can do with this product. I made a dupe of Hipness using the mixture of the top and bottom w/ more light pink of course.

Does anyone know if the 130 is Perm or LE in the US? I know it's being promoted for this collection, but I never figured out if it was perm since it was just released early this year for the new mineralize foundation. TIA!

I have Mutiny but not Shimmermoss. However I found these two pics taken in almost the same lighting so maybe this will help. Shimmermoss is darker and a tad more green to it. Mutiny is an "icy" compared to it I think.

Is Marine life even more pigmented and bright than Hipness? After Temptalia's swatches I got worried it might be too orange and after Karla's swatches I'm worried it's just too much on pale skin

I guess (?) it may be different on different people. I have VERY yellow undertones (NC45/C7) and the lighter one (Beach Bronze) was golden and the darker one (Weekend) has a deep pink/purple/brown.

130 is part of permanent collection in the US =)

Marine Life is definitely darker than Hipness if you use more of the dark portion. For lighter skin, you can tone down the color by using more of the light pink color at the bottom. I have the swatches on my blog if you're interested in seeing the different combo you can create with Marine Life. If you had to pick one, I would go with Marine Life b/c you can re-create Hipness using it.

lol, that's crazy. I think I need to see these bronzers is person before I make any kind of decision. The smartest thing would probably be to just stick with my refined golden & not play around with LE items

^ I love Refined Golden - its the only bronzer I have ever used cause it looks so natural. But, after seeing Beach Bronze - its really pretty
