Oh, and this was the first party I went to but I went later and towards the end there weren't nearly as many people. It made it MUCH easier to try things on and there were more available MA's to answer questions. I didn't have to wait at all to get the stuff I wanted- she went and got it right away for me and brought it to the counter

The MA's did a FANTASTIC job at the party I was at! I think I would book the later slot in the future too, just because it's less crowded... the only drawback is if something sells out you may miss it

I guess you could call ahead and ask them to hold something for you???

I called again and had my husband call, too

I had to quickly write the collection name down b/c he was trying to figure out what it was on the phone and was like "uhhh beachy......", it was so cute

When he called, they said June 4. When I called later on, the guy said March 27th

It amazes me how they can't get it down correctly!!!! Maybe I will call again tomorrow morning hahaha.

But not for evilbay!........I'm getting 1 for me, my sis, my mom, and my neighbor's daughter- Her mom passed away when she was much younger and I'm the only female she knows, besides her classmates. She's just starting to get into makeup so I want to surprise her with one. I think she will love it. She sleeps over my house when her dad works late, so she's always all over my MAC goodies. I'm slowly turning her into a MAC addict

I agree!!!!!!

This thing is just too cute!!!!!! IMO, this will never be repromoted b/c of the seahorse designing. It perfectly fits the theme of this collection. Maybe they'll come up with a similar shade, but we'll NEVER get the seahorse design & in the green packaging!!!! I see Ripe Peach being repromoted, but never this!

I really hope I can get my hands on this!!! I've already called 2 Nordstroms and they sold out already

Yeh but what you're doing is WAY different than someone hogging them to sell for profit. It's just getting gifts for people.

I think that's really sweet of you to get that for her and just to be there for her in general. I know that not having her mom around must be so hard. She's very lucky to have you as kind of a big sis.

! I'm sure she will love it! I'm excited to get one for myself, being a MAC addict and all, but I think I'm more excited to see the look on her face when I give it to her

She's now at that phase where she's just starting to get into makeup and boys, so that's always a difficult time for teens. She's gone through a lot in general, and I'm glad I can be there for her when she needs some "girl talk"! She's grown to be family to me! She calls me "auntie" which I love!

I plan on getting 4, but who knows if I'll be able to even find ONE

I don't want to hog all 4 blushes in one spot, so my plan (if this works lol) is that I'm going to get 2 on tuesday online, then 2 on thursday at my counter! My counter doesn't usually get a lot of stock for any collection, so I don't want to take them all lol.

I don't understand why they have very limited supply for beautiful items! That helps creating a hype!

And people like me who don't have access to PRO store or launch invitation have to sit with stomachache for the anticipation for weeks only to find out they are sold out already!

I can't believe Marine Life is on ebay for like $60! Lame, nice of those hogs to take them all and make a mad profit while we all scurry to grab one before they're all gone.

. I mean, if I don't get my hands on it, I'll be upset, but NO WAY would I spend over $30 trying to get it on ebay!!! I love MAC and all, but if I'm going to buy a $60 blush, that blush better be made out of gold!!!

At least we got lucky, though. Usually they release in US first, but since they didn't with this collection, we're able to see how much the hype is for ML and now we know we have to scramble on the 27th

i'm shocked at how popular marine life powder is! i mean sure it's a nice coral... but hipness blush is much nicer looking! plus when the pretty sea horse over spray has gone the powder doesn't look as exciting!

i'm wearing a pretty combo today on my eyes. pagan shadow on the lid, firecracker in the crease with vanilla pigment to highlight. add some black liquid liner and mascara and it's very pretty! oh and to complete the bright look i used crosswires lippie

i'm actually a certified babysitter but that was in a small town. for some reason in a big town they want like 5+ references of families you've babysat for! i don't get it! but if you know of anyone in vegas who needs a babysitter like anytime from now until then let me at em! haha. i've been trying to think of anything. my next shot is finding and taking $20 to a casino. i haven't gambled since i turned 21 so might as well take a shot!

That sucks.

The only friend I have in Vegas doesn't have kids. You could try GreatAuPair.com website (if you haven't tried already), and hopefully find a family that will accept your reference(s). Good luck.
