I imposed a 4 item limit per collection on myself too! Luckily, I don't want too much from this collection or Pret a Papier. Probably just the Beach Bronze cream bronzer from this one, and the NC15/NW20 chromagraphic pencil from Pret a Papier. I don't know how I'm going to limit myself to 4 once Art Supplies comes though!

hipness blush is fantastic!

i got mine at a cco a couple of years ago and was very pleased with it. i'm sure you guys will love it too! it's even nice on us paler people!

I am tempted by Hipness because I like the blush packaging with the starfish and I don't want Get-Away Bronze. However I read here that the payoff is not good.

This collection makes me sooooo happy for summer and I'll be going on a cruise to the bahamas in June so I def gotta stock on stuff.

So for I'm lemming

-Shimmermoss e/s (but it's perm so im not in a hurry to get it)
-Flurry of fun l/g
-Float on by e/l
-Sun Rush lustre drops OR
-Beach weekend Cream bronzer
-Sand and sun e/s
-MAC to the beach bag (if it isnt flimsy)

I don't need Hipness because I have Joyous beauty powder blush. I remember Fafi and the beauty powder collection came out at the same time and I kept comparing them but I liked the texture of Joyous better. It's one of my top 3 blushes!

There's no way Id be able to pass the seahorse, I loved seahorses ever since I was little and iheartmakeups pics of her wearing it sold me on it!

im sorry but i'm still a noob when it comes to MAC (or makeup in general)

im still confused at what an overspray is, i searched the forums and came up with an idea that overspray=shimmer on top? would that be right?

so the seahorse powder one, there would only be shimmer on top? then what would be under that? just matte powder?

Hi!

You are exactly right that overspray basically means shimmer on the very top layer of the product. Most of the time (at least with MAC) the powder underneath has little to no shimmer.

The seahorse powder is cute and kitschy, but a total pass for me. Not that it was even on my radar before.

I'm getting Hipness blush no matter what since I have Ripe Peach Blush Ombre as well as Get-Away Bronze blush. Cannot wait to see swatches of this collection!

Those creme bronzers are exciting because they're new! I love hunting for new things that will make my face glow. Of course refined golden is amazing... I have a dip in mine, that means a lot!

I also don't like the packaging of this ..

but I haven't liked any packaging since Hello Kitty.

I already have Ripe Peach! Love it! I am glad I have skipped Azalea Blossom for it

Someone said, I think it was Em, that the powder underneath the overspray still has some shimmer in it. So it might still work for you.

the packaging for this isn't the best.... but hello kitty has been my fave packaging ever! closely followed by heatherette!
