Alright, I've had to come to a decision about this collection and I've decided to skip Hipness and Marine Life. I have Instant Chic, Gina by Nars and I plan on getting an awesome coral/orange blush from Illamasqua so Hipness loses out. Marine Life is so tempting, but these highlight powders never work on me, the shimmer is just overlay and I've lost the lust basically.

So that leaves me with Thrills lipstick, Splashing lipglass and Lustre Drops. Splashing is definitely a lock. I will go against my better judgement and get Thrills. It's a frost and I'm not crazy about those on my full, pigmented lips, but I have a few that look great and aren't drying. I hope Thrills will be one of them. I don't know which Lustre Drops to get. I am NC45ish, with olive undertones, but I am neutral, kinda cool. I'm thinking pink, but I just know that b/c I'm black, the MA would recommend the bronze one. I just want a glow underneath my blush. I'll have to play with that.

3 items? My goodness. Considering the size of this collection, this will be my smallest Mac haul ever.

Well, if you are trying to cut your list, Thrills lipstick and Golden Bronzer are both in the permanent line and you can get them later. Sun and Sand is pretty but nothing super special. If you have pigmented lips, you might not get any color from Beachbound l/s, mostly frost. From your list, In my opinion, the must haves are:
- Hipness (I don't think you need both Hipness and Marine Life - they look similar)
-Flurry of Fun l/g
-Easy Lounger l/g
-Firecracker e/s

Thanks Audrey! Lazy Day is back on my list. I love Politely Pink, actually used one up back in the days of using up products! Never got around to getting it again, so I'll get this in the pretty tube instead. And Get Away Bronze. That's it. Hopefully I'll be able to b2m for the l/s.

I tried my Lustre Drops in Sun Rush (Style warriors collex) and i am in love with it all over again

. It gives the most amazing golden glow, buildable and easy to apply. Plus it stays put! I have a feeling it *might* replace my beloved shimpagne msf because shimpagne has this beige/pearly finish whilst Sun Rush is golden so it suits my skin colour better. I totally recommend it

I just looked it up, it's a repromote. I live on the Mac site and I've never seen it there.

Question, do I need Thrills if I have SciFi-delity or whatever it's called?

firecracker is lovely, really pigmented and very creamy to apply, i haven't quite worked out what to wear it with though....

initially i didnt buy sun and sand, but because i'm at a loss as to what to pair firecracker with, i have ordered that. it comes tomorrow and i'm super excited to use them together

anyone got any ideas for what else i could pair firecracker with? i was thinking bright as i love brights, but neutral recs are welcome too

I'd say go with the pink one. The beige one might look ashy (But try both for your peace of mind)

I think that's a serious stretch. GAB has shimmer and it's definitely bronze to me. I have Prim and Proper and it has a soft satiny look to it and it's not bronze at all. It's like a pinky brown.

I figured it would be. I have Prim & Proper and I am trying to skip GAB. I don't think it will happen though.

There not the same, but they are similar. They are noticably different. Thrills is more of a peachy frosty copper, where Sci Fi-Delity is more of a red frosty copper.

I figured they were similar. I hardly ever reach for SciFi-delity, but it is pretty nice. I'm thinking the copper in Thrills might clash against my skin. I've said before I don't really care for copper anything on me.

Yesterday, I played with a Chanel product similar to Lustre Drops and I was very impressed. I would like to save $ and buy the Lustre Drops, but that Chanel highlighter was awesome.

I am hopeful I'll get to see this collection tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
