The dazzleglass sets are new for this year. The trip sets listed online are last year's sets.

I'm all over both eye palettes. I was thinking about the bronze eyes and cheeks, but I hate bronzer and I only wanted the shadows. Instead, I'll just buy Smut shadow alone and miss out on the other two shadows. ordering these babies Friday.

Trip Collection 2010

The Canadian website has a Trip collection up as of today, didn't quite see this one coming....

"A collection of black-and-white graphic compacts, trios and glossy patent bags with sleek, sharp stripes is the simple, sophisticated way to expedite effortless eyes, long-lasting lips, and cheeks. Around-the-world chic is now so stylishly state-of-the-art, it's trippy!"

Many of this goodies seem tempting, but with all things coming soon, I'm not quite sure I'm to get any...

I have somehow managed to get two Trip palettes last year - Cool and Warm eyes - and let me tell you, it wasn't easy. I don't believe that there is an official list of airports that carry MAC, but from my experience the best guideline is to check the airport's webpage. Freestanding MAC stores are easy to find since they are listed individually but it is also useful to know which duty free chains have Mac counters. E.g. World duty free chain has Mac counters in the UK, DFS Galleria in North America, Asia & Oceania, Travel value & duty free at Frankfurt airport etc. However, even if you find a MAC store or a counter it may be at a different terminal than your departure flight and ther's not much one can do about it. That's the case with JFK - they have a DFS Galleria which carries MAC but only at Terminal 4 (I think?). Luckily, I don't find this year's trip collection (MAC Trip Spring and Summer 2010: Makeup and Beauty Blog: Makeup Reviews, Beauty Tips and Drugstore Beauty Finds) too tempting

.

As far as he palettes go, the original "Lure" Waternymph is smoother, more pigmented and a tad more vibrant than the one in the palette. You probably couldn't tell the diference in a look though. Springtime skipper is great and Prismique an OK luster. It has a decent colour payoff and nice silver sparkles on a beigy/off-white base. Knight Divine is permanent anyways and Flahtrack is a nice dark blue in VP formula. I actually reach for the Cool eyes palette more often than the Warm eyes.

I'd really love to get my hands on the Neutral eyes as well so hopefully it'll be available in Europe as well. If anybody from the US would be willing to do a CP, I'd very very much appreciate it.

I'm going to London in May and will definitely check them out!
Does anybody know where the MAC store is located in Heathrow?

I just ordered the Neutral Eyes palette, I already have sable but its a favorite and the other colours all look really great. I'm going to New York in May and Atlanta in June so I'm excited that I won't have to bring 15 pan palettes with me, i think these are perfect. I'm going to order the Bronze Eye/Cheek kit in a few weeks.

How long do you reckon this collection will be online for?

Thank you! Terrific!

If any of the German girls are interested in something from the collection, I'll try to get it.

I got the Cool Eyes from Winnie as a CP, and my boyfriend bought me the warm eyes palette and the warm cheek/eye (the one that has eversun bp) when he came to the states from London.

I really enjoy them all. I reach for the cool eyes palette a lot more, the only color im meh about is prismique - very sheer and shimmery. and too much glitter.

I actually ended up scraping out all the e/s from the cool and warm eyes palette and repressing them into round pans for my 15 palette lol thus defeating the purpose of a "trip" palette. i b2m'd them.

I would be more excited about these if I didn't already have all the colors, but for anyone that doesn't, these are a really good selection of colors together. Very pleasing to the eye. They all look really functional as far as color mixes...makes me want them even tho I don't need them.

Ahhh, it's too bad they're not offering the Classic Eye & Cheek Palette online too. I have a feeling I'd hop on that deal, just for the Sweetness bpb

There is also one in Terminal 5 in the cosmetics duty free.

And those palettes are not available at the duty free.
