Ok, I just tried TT with SP and I don't like it. The colors are so, so different on my lips. I don't think they compliment each other at all. I think if you want to do a gloss of TT it should be something w/o much color, just added shine. Something like Flurry of Fun would be nice or maybe even a dazzleglass.

Ok ladies. I cant afford all I wanted right now. Do you think Dark Deed and Resort Life are going to sell out quick? I'm hoping I can wait till later for these

The Disney element makes me say they will be gone fast. In terms of the colors alone, they probably won't be among the first to go.

I think I'll still get it, though to wear on its own. Especially if you think it's a must.

lilmaclady: I wish I could, but I am on a budget, unfortunately.

I have been saving, so I can splurge, but I am trying to keep it under $300.

Ok this may be a stupid question... but I'm completely new to lip products. Is there a perm lip liner that would work with both Heartless and Dark Deed? I know they're very different shades but I would really love to just have to buy one lipliner since I probably won't wear these color lipsticks very often.

So, I've been spending most of my time lurking in this thread rather than posting - it's been growing so fast it was hard to keep up! haha

I'd just like to say a ginormous THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to everyone who's been giving us the scoop on the collection/posting swatches/ etc. It's a huge help!!!

I plan on stalking the website tomorrow/Tuesday until the collection shows up online and I *think* I have my order set:

If any of you have any suggestions on what I could weed out, I'm all ears! Also (and I can't believe I'm asking this, lol) is there anything spectacular I might be leaving off my list? I swear I'm a sucker for punishment.

I also wanna ask, for any fairer-skinned ladies that have tried Toxic Tale, does it show up as a very pinky coral or is it more straight-up orange? I loveee the way it looks on a lot of people darker than I am (*cough* Shontay *cough*) but in a few arm swatches on people with lighter skin, it leans mostly orange and that's not really a great look on me.

It's hard for me to critique your list if these are the things you really, truly want. I say the best things on your list are Formidable!, The MES's, Violetta, Dark Deed, Toxic Tale, SP, Heartless, Bite of an Apple and Briar Rose.

I think those are the things I'm most excited about, too.

Looks like that entire 16 item thing will be my haul. Like you said, these are things I really want. And since I'm new to MAC, I don't really have dupes for any of them.

I think my hauls will slow down once I can start duping things.

Thursday is gonna be awesome!

No, not really because if I did I'd just buy things for the hell of it (which I usually do). I just made sure I had just enough to get what I really want. I'm very happy with my haul so even if I don't get BoaA, I'm happy.

It's good that you know how to pick what will work for you. I hope to be at that point someday. Right now, I'm kind of like 'look at the pretty colors! if it looks good on them, it's gotta look good on me'. Thank god I've been saving for this collection since July, because otherwise, my haul would not be possible. And I probably won't be able to get much from Tartan Tale. But, we'll see how my list changes after Erin's update tomorrow. I might slash the VV list for TT stuff.

Seems like a good list, but I would suggest adding Heartless, always great to have a classic red lip + cute packaging is a bonus! Great to pair w/ WIcked Ways.
