Oh that CS straight lied to me (told me they are there 24 hrs!) and I stupidly believed lol..she tells me call back in an hour to update my address...of course they are closed now!! Ughh..I hope they will update tomorrow with no problems..

Yowza this is crazy! What a frenzy. I actually need to get this collection for an ezine review so I am ordering online and I have a store supposedly holding the items for me but I don't trust it really. Until I have the items in my hands I am not counting my chickens. If I end up with two of something I'll just return it, no ebay for me I don't want to take advantage of anyone who misses out. That stuff irks me. I got a fair bit of the collection but luckily it was on my boss who is letting me keep it so yay!

I'm not totally sure. All I know is that items that get sold quickly, tend to get filled for those who ordered using 2nd day and overnight, since those packages have to go out first. As I said, it happened to me with Stereo Rose, and I'm not making that mistake again!

YAAAY! So I called maccosmetics regarding changing my shipping from standard to 2nd day delivery and the super duper nice lady went ahead and gave me free 2nd day delivery as a one time courtesy. She was such a rockstar!

Ok, I'm not dumb. I tried to get to a customer service rep by pressing the proper buttons and I always ended up back where I started. I pressed a number that had nothing to do with what I wanted to do and I got someone. Get it together Mac.
I canceled the second order (standard shipping) and kept the 2 day shipping that is awaiting approval from my bank. Sheesh. I feel better now.
