I was really trying hard to be on a no spend for a little while until I saved up some money, but I broke down and got two things, French Quarter, and Innocence, Beware. That's not too too bad though, right?

I can't wait to get my things, but I wish MAC would update their silly website so I would know if they had sent it out yet. I didn't really go for any of the crazy, hard to get items like Bite of An Apple, although I suppose Strange Potion could be sold out. If so, I'll just convince myself it's not a big loss. Maybe I'll get Hot House instead if that happens.

I never, ever wanna chance ordering online after seeing all the problems people are having. I was smart and went right into a freestanding store to ask a MA if they had plenty of product and they said yes, along with confirmation from TWO different MA's on different days that they were not allowing holds.

I know some people don't have the same opportunity to do this because they don't live near a store or counter, but damn! I'd want to know asap that I owned the product rather than playing a guessing game after ordering and waited for it to get here. SO disappointing for some of you girls

It would break my heart.....or make me VERY angry!

I'm in a conference all day tomorrow so I'm so sad I won't be able to read the posts as they come in fast and furious as to what people get. My package is set to deliever tomorrow.

I know I already said it, but this collection really does feel special. You can tell that there was a lot of TLC and thought that went into this. Honestly, I feel really renewed and excited about MAC again.

P.S. I am making a note to pick up Salsa Rose the next chance I get. It sounds divine! I curse not having a MAC pro store or FS MAC anywhere close to me!

Yep and yep...and yep (for good measure)...I never have taken a chance in ordering online before a collection launches at MAC counters. But, I didn't want too many things...not any of the highly coveted products...although, maybe Bad Fairy is on that list of most sought-after and one that I did buy.

As with the asap thing, for past collections Ive always bought at a MAC counter...and later, if I still wanted a product I passed on, that when I look to the site...

! I already have 3N, Hue and the YSL Nude Beige l/s (which looks exactly like 3N). I love those pinky nudes. They're the easiest for me to wear

I guess the same could be said for not understanding why a kid gets excited Christmas morning, or on their birthday.
I don't see anything wrong with the excitement.


And I guess the same logic could be used for several of the collections. It just goes with the territory I guess.
Perspective should be kept, but I certainly don't mind the fun.

I won't be getting anything from this collection afterall. I am only able to afford one thing and the only thing I was thinking of getting was She Who Dares. But for the price $21 I will pass. I will see if I can find Blue Flame at the CCO and then maybe the SWD will end up there at some point. Maybe not since this collection is selling out and if it doesnt no big loss. I'd rather spend $21 on a shirt if I'm going to spend it at all. Oh and also I don't feel like running to the MAC counter tomorrow morning and looking like some stark-raving mad person trying to get the e/s.....like the place in Boston that had the wedding dress sale or Walmart on Black Friday!

. We're in a flash flood now also with the TS coming up the coast with 4" of rain so another reason to stay home till I have to go to work.

Also it seems Tartan Tale has a lot of stuff I'd like to get so I'll just wait for that. With the way now it seems with the changing of my start times at work I'm getting back to the station later so it may all even out afterall. Still I'm going to see if I can do something other then being a courier earlier in the day to get some extra hours.

I love 3N too! I didn't even think about Innocence Beware because I didn't think it could compete with 3N. I will have to check out the YSL Nude Beige now.
