I love makeup as much as the next girl but the level of obsession over this collection is beyond belief. For people to actually be this anxious or stressed over getting cosmetics blows my mind. Sure, it will be great to get what you ordered but life will go on if you don't, it's just makeup.

To put this in perspective, in another month or two, Mac will release another collection, everyone will go crazy for it, and products that everyone is obsessing over right now will be collecting dust.

I just got my package from my neighbor. I love everything!
I got:
-French Quarter GPS
-Bad Fairy n/p
-Bite of an Apple Blush
-My Dark Magic MES
-She Who Dares MES
-Revenge is Sweet l/g

I just tried French Quarter on lid and on lower lashline, BOA blush and Revenge is Sweet. Love this look! I love French Quarter - it has gold and maroonish flecks in it. This was a nice surprise. I used the 131 brush to do a light application of BOA. Beautiful! Revenge is Sweet is very sheer but I like it.

I'm wondering now if Wrong Spell might be the sheer like Revenge is Sweet. That may make it more wearable for me. I need to go back and read this thread. I'm guessing from the last couple of posts that some stuff is sold out.

I saw Breezy on my last visit to the Mac Store. I've been wondering how I missed this color. I thought I had all the permanent shades that I liked. How long has this one been around?

I also am really liking Darkly My Dear....it gives me that sculpted cheek look too, but with just a touch of pink to make it a blush and not a sculpting powder. I thought it was going to be a dupe for NARS Douceur, but Douceur leans more on the brown side. Darkly My Dear is a little cooler and a little more pink toned and more wearable. Perfect for fall. One of my surprise favorites.

I have to say, I didn't want to love this collection and I really needed to save some money, but there are really some gorgeous, special products here. Even without the Disney tie-in.

Innocence, beware! lipstick : is this creamy or does it go on dry on the lips?

Bite of an apple blush : worth it if i have marine life etc.?

I have and LOVE Breezy (imagine that, lol)! It has great staying power on me and with a light hand gives me a great flushed look. I think it's especially gorgeous with raspberry and plum lips.

I'll be getting Salsarose when I hit the MAC Pro store in Vegas in October, can't wait!

I passed on DMD because I have NARS Douceur and thought it would be a dupe as well. I think I'll have to go check it out tomorrow...a little cooler and more pink sounds awesome to me!

I called my local Nordstrom counter and they have the other nail polishes, She who dares and Briar Rose on hold for me.

Hopefully, they will still be there when I go to pick them up tomorrow.

Thank you. I had just posted in the WOC thread that I thought it was I hoped Nars Douceur would be. I can't do anything with Douceur so I am excited about your review.

I was trying to cancel my order because I didnt want to get stuff that is sold out then send it back and have it disposed. So I called and all my stuff was send out. I got most of the items that have already sold out and I know for a fact that I now have no interest in Bite of an apple (it was a pressure buy) so when I get it, i'll sell it for the regular price + shipping.

Hello everyone! I was going to play with Vainglorious today when I thought to compare it to Sweet Chesnut. It's identical to Vainglorious, both are also frosts. I'm just going to exchange this for Heartless tomorrow. I mean I didn't bother to swatch Vanglorious. I'll just bring my Spiced Choco. Quad to the counter tomorrow and do my final comparison there. Either way I won't be keeping it since there really isn't any reason to have both (this is how I'm convincing myself, anyway).

Soo awesome to hear that everyone is getting to play with lovely make up this evening. I cant wait to pick up Truth and Light tomorrow to see what all the love is all about.

Did you ever get a shipping email confirmation when your stuff was sent out? Or has it been pending?

I know everyone has already raved about Innocence Beware, but WOW! This could be my HG nude lippie. It is not the most unique item from the collection, but as far as nude lips, this has the perfect touch of pink - - I'm pretty sure Erine said it was a slightly pinker Creme de Nude and that is exactly what this is.

I'm backing this up tomorrow for sure. I can see this being the lippie I keep at home, in the purse, at work, and that I will actually use on an every day basis. It is the perfect lipstick to dab and smoosh (the trademarked Elegant method!) and look polished without having a "done" lip look (which I love too, but I don't take the time to do too often).

I like that it has a more opaque finish than Hue, which has been my go-to, goes-with-everything lipstick for ages.

It still says pending, but they said it shipped today so they just didnt update the site, at least on my account.
