Ravishing sucks on you even with a light hand? I find it passable that way. I will try SP over it, though. I honestly forgot I had Ravishing until reading this!

Yes, Dark Deed is a must. It's too sexy to pass up.

I just used Stripdown liner (which is close to my natural lip color) to outline my lips. I wanted to keep TT in check without changing it's color. Go bold or go home, I say.

Big Purchase, Big Return opportunity. Try for 25 days, send back in 30 refund money. No need to be stuck with a high ticket item like that. Some people don't like returns, some people ain't giving me money to burn.

Ha. I know that's right. I really do need a better way to cleanse my skin. I feel like what I'm doing isn't enough. Still, I am so clumsy and sometimes sloppy. I don't think I have what it takes to care for something like that.

Having read and seen how lovely BOAA looks on all you girls it's making me think about adding it to my list.

I'm cool toned and naturally have a bit of reddness in my cheeks and I'm worried this would look awful on me.

I don't wear mac foundation but in concealer I use an NW20.

I'm new to the forums so would love to hear your thoughts.

I probably won't be able to get to a counter to test it first either.

First of all, welcome!

Second, I about that color, too (NW15/NW20), cool toned, and have natural redness in my cheeks, and I got BOAA and love it! I would definitely use foundation first to neutralize the natural red as much as possible, but you can pull it off! I wore it today, in fact, very lightly on my cheeks and I loved it.

Once again, light hand. It is actually very close to the natural redness in my cheeks, so it blends nicely.

What does everything think of innocence beware lipstick? I have very pigmented lips so I don't want my lips looking grey like creme d'nude. I also have flutterby and 3N which are still pretty sheer on me. or maybe i should just get myth.. lol

same as what I feel now.. MAC in my city doesn't have any LE products AT ALL!! Imagine how frustrated I am.. Luckily I have a friend who works at Singapore MAC and she's getting all the products I want from this collection (and from other LE collection as a matter of fact) but I need to wait until someone can bring me those products & it might not until 1 or 2 months after... How sad is that!!

But I'm veryyy happy with for all of you who got your products & this thread really really helps me A LOT to decide what I want (considering I can't swatch them myself) ... I can't wait to read the thread every single day here at Spectra .. Thanks to you all of my lovely makeup addict ladies here

hey ladies i've been mia from the boards for a lonnnnggg while (n probably not many ppl remember me lol) butii hope everyone is doing great and having fun hearing, planning, n hauling from the vv collection! :]

I have a question for u ladies, do u all think toxic tale l/s is a must have?? I've been indesicive over this and innocence beware but I decided to just skip IB all together bcuz it is similar enough to hue ( which i've previously owned).

Ive been wanting to venture out into color and I only own two bright lippies. The closest I have to being coral is everhip. I also wanted to know if u all think it will wear well in the fall?? or will it look too summery?? sorry this is kinda long I know u dolls are the only ones that will understand

VV released yesterday here in Germany. I had to order online and it was a mess. On the first site I placed everything I wanted in the cart, and it got deleted like three times,the site was superslow and down a couple of times for me. Finally after more than one hour of trying I managed to place my order at least for Toxic Tale,Bad Fairy and Mean&Green. So I had to order the other items on another site, where I got BoA and Truth&Light.Everything was sold out so fast,BoA and the n/p for example in a matter of seconds.

And when it finally released on the MAC site most items were already sold out just when you could see stuff via the search function before the collection was actually up. No chance to get Briar Rose, which was never available on one of the other sites in the first place.

I ended up placing another order for Formidable and Gaga l/g. I just hope I'll get all my stuff.

It was a wonderful Mac-day yesterday!

I get to meet fellow Specktrette, she was super sweet and nice company, and it was so fun to look and compare things together, usually I do this alone.

Although I ended up spending a ton on this one, it didn't wow me the way FF did, no where near that wow. But, FF was special.

I didn't get FQ, on my hand it was too close to Dirty GPS, only a bit darker. I don't know how Erin got it to look so good on her swatch, I love it there! On my hand it just didn't seem too special compared to Dirty. If I didn't have Dirty I would've got it for sure.

I swatched Resort Life purely because I dreamed about it. It was so frosty!

Just like in my dream! I bet I would look like someone from a bad 90's teen tv-show. It wasn't shimmery or sparkly, just metallic and very weird. It's odd because it has been looking okay in pictures.

It will haunt me.

But I'm so glad I saw that dream because that made me buy Devilishly Stylish and I love it! So glad I didn't end up skipping it thinking it wasn't unique or something. I don't have anything like it. It's perfect with Innocence, Beware! (another favourite!) and goes well with any look, any day. Great buy!

BOA was very very close to Fleur Power on my hand, only a bit brighter. I still got it, I love FP so I thought no harm having another brighter one, right?

I have to say though that I expected this to have been more exciting, but I hope it is when I wear it.

I'm a little afraid of Toxic Tale. I mean - Grandma time!

It's is looking so granny-coral-crazy-pink on crack in the tube. I have no idea how this will look on me. But since I got to B2M for it I thought what the hell, I'll get it and see how it goes. It has been looking nice on people so I hope I'm not the odd one here. I'm not afraid of bright/neon colours, but I just can't get that granny out of my head.

The Magically cooling powder didn't feel so cooling on my hand. I could barely feel the wet feeling. It gave a lovely low-sheen, but I think can get that result with other products that I already have. Maybe I try this later if it comes permanent. We'll see. I think it's a bit overhyped.

I was debating HOD, but didn't end up getting it because it was so close to Tenderling which I already have. But it was nice far a neutral fall cheek. Somehow Oh So Fair came home with me?

Revenge is Sweet was beautiful on! Sheer magenta with supernice texture. Not quite purple, not quite pink. Great!

Then I got the few items that I was quite sure about from the beginning. Plus I still needed some green so I got Tarnish eye kohl.
