Hothouse lipglass was released as part of the Strange Hybrid collection - from the colour description it sounds like it is a repromote.

But I'll have to wait and see the swatches... When I had only seen promo pictures and not swatches of the To The Beach products, I wanted one item only: Hipness blush. I ended up buying most of the collection in the end.

Thankfully I'm interested in only one item from In The Groove: Stereo Rose; and have no interest in Alice + Olivia, Fabulous Felines, Haute and Naughty Lash, Pro Longwear or Digi Pops. I guess it will be only Dare to Wear, Venomous Villains and A Tartan Tale for me.

How could one not love MAC for their creative collections..

Even if you don't like the package..just get one item for collection sake..you know you want to..

I enjoy knowing that Mac and Disney came together to make history and I plan to be a part of that history..Think of the stories, I'm going to tell my grand, grand..

Unfortunately my lack of interest at the moment is being caused by product overload - I have so many mac items it seems like I have something close enough to dupe most things, and I've been digging through my collection and finding stuff that is literally years old that I haven't used! Nothing seems too unique at the moment (looking forward to seeing swatches though to see if it changes my opinion!)

I knew this was EXACTLY how this was going to go: I would get all of Maleficent's collection and select items from the rest. GARRR! I hate the thought of how much I will spend, but the products are so awesome! I keep going back and forth on the packaging. I really would have preferred the sketches, but I also don't completely hate this....

I know some of these are permanent/pro, but I figured I might as well get them because I rarely go anywhere where there is a pro store...

EDIT: This comes out to about $500.

I agree with those who have said that it would have been better with more stylized versions of the characters on the packaging. This is too cheesy for my taste. The product descriptions make me want all kinds of things though. This might be the rare occasion where I skip a product because I don't like the packaging.

Oh, and I watched The Princess and the Frog last night. It's a cute movie.

i agree! i'm not in love with the packaging and the products some of the specktrettes came up with sounded more intriguing than the actual product list.

Other than getting backups of PtE and B&B piggies and maybe a few more slick black GPS I'm not interested in anything here. Oh well. My bank account is cheering anyway. Maybe something will speak to me once swatches come out but as it stands I'm not impressed. Meh.

I am not inpressed with packaging as a rule, and this stuff looks cheezy as hell. Double Meh.
