Lol yeah me either out of all collections. Thank god it's a small collection.I knew thered be a pro discount on AG and MM. Never doubted it. But wouldn't have thought this wouldn't.

Maybe I should call up customer service as well and I need to call anyway and see what's up with my renewal. After this stunt I'm going to automatically assume that there will be no PRO discount for riri release and especially with the gorgeous packaging.So, I called the customer service number and explained that although I could accept paying full price like everyone else does, I wondered if there was a way to also get free shipping like everyone else does for this particular release. I was offered a one-time courtesy shipping waiver which I promptly accepted!
FTR, I don't feel entitled to the discount if it's not an option, I am just confused by the various ways they determine what is eligible vs what isn't.I also think they are likely to pull this on the RiRi Woo release, especially since it's special packaging, although Hayley's isn't. We'll see....

Don't get me wrong I don't mind paying full price however I feel like had I known there was no discount, I wouldn't have honestly stayed up all night to get it. I just want them to tell us in advance if there is a PRO DISCOUNT or NOT..... I wish she had at least signed the packaging or products or something that would make me feel better about it. Oh Well this was a learning experience. My friend says she feels like as a professional in the industry, regardless if there is special packaging or not we should be receiving a discount or they should make one without the special packaging for PRO members to receive discounts. Special Packaging to me is kind of a waste yes its pretty to look at but you can't back to MAC it so I just really want the product. Some of the special packaging I can see keeping forever cause of the Artwork, but most of it I could do with out. JMO....

I purchased the eyeshadow and lipstick, can't wait to get them.. especially that e/sI love my pro discount as much as the next.. but I'm not going to get too upset about a small collection like this. We've gotten our discount on some nice collections when we didn't expect it, like Marilyn Monroe & Archie's Girls. As long as they withhold on a tiny collection like this I'll survive lol!
Greed is an ugly word to me. I am an optimist and prefer to think that they have a very good reason why this had to happen. (don't burst my happy bubble people)

Yep! It just gets recycled, special packaging is probably made from the same type of plastic as the regular packaging.

That's retarded! It even states in the back of the update book specifically that all lipsticks apply minus special packaging. Which means normal black packaging applies, LE or not.My counter wouldn't let me B2M for the FS lippies. Stupid elitist MAC counter....

The counters don't seem to be on the same page across the board because some counters I go to will let you get the new stuff with B2M some don't. Some will let you do B2M with special packaging, Some don't. Some I go to will take the empty shadow cases after I depot them, some don't.My counter wouldn't let me B2M for the FS lippies. Stupid elitist MAC counter....
