Julia petit was really hyped before hand on social media and her own YouTube though, in comparison there was barely anything for Mia :/ doesn't make much sense but hey that's mac!

Branching out can be so much fun. I think sometimes we need to branch out, other brands have such easy launches lol... What are some of the brands you are looking to try?

Few reasons BBW, cinderellla and JP sell out fast could be, well, I could be wrong:

1. They are made available at certain stores/locations only. If next week, people find out MM and PT is not available at stores. May be the stocks will not last this long. eg. JP , it was released at very few stores and before online release, quite a number of people miss the chance and have to turn to online release.
I am one of those thought of checking them out at store before buying for the PT and MM collection, cream color base is the only one from MM collection, I am interested in.

2. The packaging and shades are appealing - I have to say packaging for cinderella and BBW are really appealing for me. JP definitely has the shades I really want to get my hands on after seeing all the swatches before release. While MM, I don't find anything that I feel like screaming "I want". The lip palette is unique, but I foresee it's not something I really will reach out that often.
I buy permanent one as well (normally it is by recommendation). With so many choices out there, I feel tired to go through and try each one of them.

3. Some could be fans of cinderella. or probably JP/BBW.

I agree with most Packaging!! It's the lure for collectors. Also, there was a ton of hype behind the JP collection and the Bao Bao Wan collections. Same as with the Rihanna ones etc. Couple hype with low stock volumes and voila... sell out!

Cardinal is the top & MM is the bottom. I'm liking MM more, because it's more opaque and creamy in one swipe. I haven't tried them both on the lips, yet. My lips are stained pink from trying on HC from Philip Treacy. :)

...on the other hand, I like MM better than Cardinal in your pic. Cardinal is already on its way to me, so I'm trying to resist the urge to order MM.

Had an update from MAC.... They owe me £65. They couldn't find my paypal order. It was only until I put in another order for Faux and Who's The DJ?, It used the original order number from the paypal order. But I didn't reorder MU pencil, I can pick that up tomorrow... Along with a few other bits
